本論文中,我們探討節點自然散佈(Naturally Scattering)之叢集式(Clustering)無線感測器網路(Wireless Sensor Network, WSN)的能量效率(Energy Efficiency),在叢集式無線感測器網路中,叢集頭(Cluster Head, CH)接收叢集中每個感測器之感測數據,並長距離傳送到基地台,叢集數較多時,叢集頭(CH)消耗較大的能量,叢集數較小時,感測器節點(Sensor Nodes)會消耗較大的能量,因此能量效率與叢集數量有相當的關係。此外,在大面積的自然散佈節點時,實際節點布置將呈高斯分佈(Gaussion Distribution)。因此,在本論文中,我們進一步探討大面積的叢集式無線感測網路之最佳叢集數及其能量效率。
This paper investigates the optimization of energy efficiency for naturally scattering deployed cluster wireless sensor networks (WSNs). The energy efficiency depends on the number of clusters in WSNs where the cluster heads (CHs) transmit sensing data received from each sensor in the cluster and therefore dissipate large energy due to the long distance to the sink. Moreover, the actually nodes deployment would be Gaussian distributed in large area for naturally scattering nodes. Thus, in this paper we further investigate the optimization of the number of clustering for a large area WSN.
