成功的企業都具備強而有力的企業文化,企業文化實務上是與公司的永續經營息息相關的,也就是說,到底能不能透過良好的企業文化建置發展與精進改善,來增加組織的向心力與企業永續發展的成功率,是值得探討的議題。 本研究以中華電信公司為例,探討企業文化與企業永續經營策略及組織承諾之間的關係,透過文獻探討建立研究架構,並以問卷調查方法進行,針對個案公司員工共發出150份問卷,回收120份有效問卷。由資料分析發現,員工個人特質與企業文化認同度並無顯著的差異性,員工認同度對於組織承諾與企業永續經營策略,在企業文化關鍵要因的選擇上亦無顯著的差異性。本研究對於上述分析結果,深入討論其管理意涵,對於企業文化相關實務也提供具體建議。
Successful companies always have a strong corporate culture and the corporate culture and the the company's sustainable development is closely related .These are worth exploring issues about that whether through the establishment , development and improvement of corporate culture to increase the cohesion of the organization and the success rate of enterprises sustainable development. This study is based on the case of Chunghwa Telecom Co., Ltd. Through literature review, the research framework is created, and using questionnaire survey, the relationships between the corporate culture, business continuity strategy and organizational commitment are investigated. 150 questionnaires are distributed for the employees of case company and 120 valid questionnaires are returned. Based on data analysis, we find that no significant difference between employee personal property and acceptance of corporate culture. The acceptance of corporate culture does not affect the selection of the key factor about organizational commitment and business sustainable management Strategy. For the results of the above analysis, the managerial implications are in-depth discussed and specific recommendations on the practice of corporate culture are also provided.
