幼兒園教保服務人員人格特質與美感教學之研究-以中彰投三縣市為例

摘要


本研究旨在探討幼兒園教保服務人員之人格特質、美感教學實施現況,以及兩者之關係。本研究以中彰投公私立幼兒園教保服務人員為研究對象,採用問卷調查法進行研究,共回收有效樣本為456 份並輔以4位教保服務人員之半結構式晤談,希望藉由質量並重之研究法做較深入之探討。本研究之調查工具,共分三部分:第一部分為個人基本資料,第二部分為「人格特質」量表,第三部分為「美感教學活動實施現況」量表。 歸納本研究結果如下: 一、中彰投三縣市公私立幼兒園教保服務人員人格特質偏於「正向」程度,其中以「和善性」得分最高,其次為「謹慎負責性」,其餘依序為「情緒穩定性」、「開放經驗性」,最低則為「外向性」。 二、中彰投地區幼兒園教保服務人員美感教學活動實施現況之觀感為中上程度,層面中觀感最正向的是「美感認知」方面,其次為「教學與實施原則」、「教學內容」,最低則為「教學情境設計與佈置」。 三、中彰投三縣市公私立幼兒園教保服務人員人格特質與美感教學實施現況有正相關。 根據上述結論,本研究對幼兒園教保服務人員、幼兒園、幼兒教育行政主管機關、師資培育機構及未來研究方向提出相關建議,期能有助於未來美感教育之推廣與研究。 關鍵字:人格特質、美感教學

The purpose of this study was to explore the personality traits of preschool teachers and the current situation of aesthetic teaching in preschools as well as the relation between the two. The study surveyed the preschool teachers of public and private preschools in Taichung City, Changhua County and Nanto County by questionnaire and retrieved 456 valid samples and was also assisted with semi structured interviews with 4 preschool teachers hoping to put equal stress on the quality and quantity of the research. The research tool was divided into three parts: the first parts was “General Information”; the second parts was “Personality Traits Scale”; and the third parts was “Scale of Current Situation in Aesthetic Teaching.” The results of this study were as the following: I.The personality traits of preschool teachers of public and private preschools in Taichung, Changhua, and Nanto areas tend to be “positive.” The highest score falls on “Geniality” and the second “Being prudent and responsible.” The rest ranks from high to the lowest are “emotional stability,” “Openness to experience” and “Extraversion.” II.The impression on the current situation of aesthetic teaching in preschools of Taichung-Changhua-Nanto region is average to good. Among all the dimensions, the most positive impression falls on “Aesthetic perception” and the next are “Teaching and implement principle” and “Teaching contents” while the lowest is “Teaching context design and arrangement.” III.The personality traits of preschool teachers of public and private preschools in Taichung, Changhua, and Nanto areas has positive correlation with the current implementation of aesthetic teaching. According to the above conclusions, the study made some suggestions for preschool teachers, preschools, the education administration authority, teacher education institutions and future studies, hoping to contribute to future researches and promotion on aesthetic education.
