以整合性技術接受理論探討無線射頻辨識門禁系統之採用－旅館業之實證研究

Using UTAUT to Explore the RFID- based Access Control System Adoption: Empirical Evidence from Hotel Industry

摘要

近來，無線射頻辨識技術已成為實務界人士與學術研究者關注的焦點。然而，過去研究卻鮮少注意到無線射頻辨識技術在旅館業之應用。因此，植基於整合性技術接受理論，本研究以7家旅館員工為研究對象，目的乃是探討旅館員工對於無線射頻辨識門禁系統之接受程度。本研究共發放322份問卷，問卷發放期間為98年1月20日至98年2月28日，共約一個月，有效回收問卷共166份，有效回卷率為51.55%。本研究之研究架構與所有研究假設，以統計之多元迴歸分析與變異數分析方法作為驗證。研究結果歸納如後：首先，「績效期望」、「付出期望」、「主觀規範」對「行為意圖」有正向顯著影響；「配合情況」、「相容性」、「行為意圖」對「使用行為」有正向顯著影響。其次，「性別」對於「主觀規範」對「行為意圖」之影響有顯著干擾效果；「年齡」對於「配合情況」對「使用行為」之影響有顯著干擾效果；「經驗」對於「相容性」對「使用行為」之影響有顯著干擾效果。

Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology is currently being spotlighted by business practitioners and researchers. However, little consideration is being made on its applications in hotel environments. Hence, based on United Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), the purpose of this study is to explore the acceptance of the RFID-based access control system of employees from 7 hotels. A total of 322 questionnaires were sampled, the questionnaire survey about one month period from January 20, 2009 to February 28, 2009, a total of 166 responses was deemed usable for the analyses, a 51.55% usable response rate. The research framework and all of the research hypotheses were demonstrated by the statistics techniques of multiple regression analysis and analysis of variance. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, performance expectance, effort expectance, and subjective norm have statistically significant and positive effects on behavior intention, further, facilitating conditions, compatibility, and behavior intention have statistically significant and positive effects on use behavior. Second, gender has significantly moderating effect on the relationship between subjective norm and behavior intention, age has significantly moderating effect on the relationship between facilitating conditions and use behavior, and experience has significantly moderating effect on the relationship between compatibility and use behavior.
