溫泉療效認知對健康促進之影響-以谷關溫泉為例

摘要


本研究旨在探討溫泉體驗者,對溫泉認知、療效認知及健康促進之影響情形,以谷關溫泉體驗遊客為研究對象。採問卷調查為資料收集之工具,有效問卷共578份,有效率回收率達96.3%。所得資料經獨立t檢定、單因子變異數分析(ANOVA)、卡方檢定、Tukey事後檢定及皮爾森相關分析(Pearson)後得如下結果: 溫泉體驗者,體驗時間,以3年以上及一年內從事2-5次者居多;療效認知,以「情緒會獲得舒緩」最高;對健康促進,以「體驗後循環系統會有所改善」最高。社經背景對健康促進,除了婚姻狀況未達顯著差異外,其餘各項目均達顯著差異;不同婚姻狀況、年齡及平均月收入在療效認知上也達顯著差異。溫泉體驗對健康促進與療效認知,兩者相關顯著。年齡、職業及婚姻狀況在體驗持續時間及持續時間和不同體驗次數對「療效認知」也達顯著差異;另外,體驗次數對「健康促進」差異亦顯著水準。 根據研究結果提出相關建議,以供民眾從事溫泉體驗之參考,亦可作為業者設施規劃及經營之依據。

This research probed into tourists’ perceptions toward hot springs in terms of general knowledge, curative knowledge, and the influence on health. The research subjects were the tourists who visited Guguan hot springs during the research period. A set of questionnaire was used as the research instrument for data collection. The overall response rate was 96.3% with a total of 578 valid returned questionnaires. The data was analyzed using Independent t-test, ANOVA, Chi-square test, Turkey’s post hoc test, and Pearson Correlation Analysis. The results were presented in the following: The majority of the participants had spa two to five times a year for more than three years. On the curative knowledge of hot springs, most participants agreed that it helps to release emotions. As to the influence on health, most participants indicated that their circulatory system was improved by the hot springs. Participants’ social and economic backgrounds do not have significant influences on their perceptions of the hot springs, except for the marital status in the health influence category. In the category of curative knowledge, there were significant differences on marital status, age, and average monthly income among participants. In addition, there was a significant correlation between participants’ perceptions of hot springs on curative knowledge and the influence on health. Participants’ age, occupation, and marital status along with their year experience and visit frequency of hot springs had significant correlation to their perceptions of hot spring curative knowledge. Furthermore, there is a significant correlation between participants’ visit frequency and their perceptions of the influence on health of the hot springs. The study result provided useful suggestions for people who is interested in experiencing hot springs. It may also used as a reference for business owners of hot springs to improve their facility and management.
