近年來,在報導上常看到有關豬隻疫情的發生,為了要提升消費者購買食品的安全,農委會就建議農民都要加入生產履歷,使農產品可以公開資訊且資料透明化。 生產履歷又可分為追溯(Tracing)與追蹤(Tracking),目的是發生問題之後,可以更進一步的追查來源與原因,讓危害發生至最小。對消費者而言,了解產品的產銷狀況,使肉品的品質提升,也保障到消費者的權利與健康。 目前大部份的農民都還是用紙本做記錄,不但無法迅速取得資料,也會使資料記錄的不夠周全。因此,本研究開發豬隻生產流程系統,本系統記錄了豬隻生長情形(有飼料餵養情形、疫苗注射狀況)、屠宰場與包裝銷售的資訊,利用RFID的技術,快速的記錄豬隻生產履歷,不但可以讓消費者安心購買產品,也可以提供養豬農民作為參考的依據。
Many reports concerning the incidences of the diseases on pigs have been published in recent years. In order to ensure the safety of consumers to buy food, Council of Agriculture suggested that farmers should provide production resumes including product and management information. Traceability System is divided into tracing and tracking. The purpose of the system is to trace the sources and reasons, so as to minimize the damages. Consumers are eligible to realize the flow of products’ production and sales as well as the quality of meat. At present, most of the farmers’ paper records are not easy to access nor are the lack of comprehensive data. The purpose of this research was to construct a traceability system in the raise of pigs by the technology of RFID. The system records the growth of pigs (with feeding situation and vaccination status), slaughterhouses and packaging sales information. The system can help pig farmers to quickly record resume production of pigs but also enable consumers to buy products with clearly information
