面對如此惡劣且競爭激烈的環境,企業需要藉著各種的管理手法的推來提升競爭優勢以追求永續經營。然而推動後是否對企業全面性的營運績效帶來幫助,則有待研究。 本研究旨在探討推行全面生產管理(TPM)對經營績效之影。本研究採用問卷調查法,首先參考國內、外有關全面生產管理(TPM)及經營績效之相關文獻作為基礎,以建構適合測量研究個案--半導體導線架廠之量表,依此作為蒐集實證資料的工具。 本研究以某半導體導線架廠為母體,共發放250 份問卷,有效問卷回收率為84%,將有效問卷資料以敘述性統計、多變量變異數分析、成對t檢定並以進行事後比較分析以了解其差異性。 依據分析結果其結論為: ㄧ、不同背景變項其TPM推行對經營績效影響之認知,以高年資、高職務、高學歷員工之認知較高。 二、TPM的推行,以TPM之品質保養、產品與設備初期管理及個別改善對整體經營績效之影響最大。 三、TPM的推行員工的學習成長提供莫大幫助。
The purpose of this research is to study the effects of Total Production Management, this research was used by questionnaire, Referring to domestic and foreign TPM management and business performance documents as the basis to build suitable case study—scale of leadframe manufacturer in semi-conductor field, and in accordance with the scale to assemble data of this research. This research was based on one leadframe manufacturer and released 250 questionaries and returned by 84%. Analyzing and comparing differences by descriptive statistics, Manova, Paired T test from questionaries and Tukey post hoc comparison. Here are analyses conclusions below: 1. High education and position people have higher recognition about TPM movements. 2. By carrying out the TPM, it can help the business performance of enterprises get profit specially “Quality Maintenance “, “Product and Equipment Initial Management”, “Individual Maintenance”. 3. By carrying out the TPM, it can help employee growth and enterprises get profit.
