本研究主要在探討台中縣國小低年級學生家長及教師對家長參與學校教育的情形之看法,探究家長參與學校教育的動機,並比較家長參與學校教育是否因背景變項的不同而有所差異。 本研究研究調查工具,依相關文獻及研究所編成「國小低年級學生家長參與學校教育之研究-以臺中縣為例」之問卷,分為「參與子女的學習」、「參與班級的活動」及「參與學校的事務」等三個層面,再將問卷資料經「平均數」、「標準差」、「t考驗」及「單因子變異數分析」來進行統計分析。 本研究結果得到下列各項結論: 一、國小低年級學生家長對於家長參與學校教育之態度趨向正面、肯定;女性家長認同家長參與學校教育之態度較男性家長為高;家長教育程度較高者,有較高的認同感。 二、國小低年級學生家長實際參與學校教育偏重於「參與子女的學習」,對於「參與班級的活動」與「參與學校的事務」則較不踴躍;女性家長實際參與學校教育之情形的程度較男性家長為高;雙親家庭實際參與學校教育之情形的程度較單親家庭為高;家長教育程度愈高者實際參與學校教育的參與程度愈高;家長職業為軍公教者實際參與學校教育的參與程度較一般職業為高。 三、國小低年級教師對於家長參與學校教育之態度趨向正面、肯定;低年級教師對於家長實際參與學校教育之情形,認為家長不甚踴躍;男性教師認為家長實際參與班級的活動的認同程度較女性教師為高;大型學校教師認為家長實際參與學校教育的認同程度較小型學校教師為高。 四、台中縣國小低年級家長對家長參與學校教育態度與現況達顯著正相關。 五、台中縣國小低年級教師對家長參與學校教育態度與現況達顯著正相關。
This research is to investigate how parents involve in their first and second grade children’s learning, as well as parents’ and elementary school teachers’ attitudes toward parent involvement. Questionnaires were sent out for parents and teachers of first and second grade students to fill out. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-tests, and one-way ANOVA. The conclusions of this research are stated in the following: 1. Parents’ and teachers’ attitudes toward parent involvement are positive. Moreover, female parents’ attitudes toward parent involvement are more positive than male parents’. Parents with higher education level had more positive attitudes. 2. Parents participate in more their children’s learning, and less in class activities and school activities. There are also differences between female and male parents, parents’ education level, and occupation. 3. Teachers’ attitudes toward parent involvement are positive, but they don’t think parents involve in their children’s learning well. There are also differences between female and male teachers, and the number of classes in the school. 4. There is positive relationship between the parents’ attitudes and their involvement 5. There is the positive correlation positive relationship between teachers’ attitudes and parent involvement.
