摘要

本研究目的針對替代役役男違規行為與個人背景、自我控制、同儕互動、服勤狀況做調查研究，依研究發現驗證違規行為與各變項皆有相關性，依各變項相關性做減少違規行為建議。替代役計有17個役別，以替代役人數較多，較為民眾所知的五大役別(警察役、消防役、社會役、教育服務役、醫療役)做調查研究。
違規行為是依據各服勤單位制定的服勤管理須知內，替代役役男服勤期間內禁止的事項，如：遲到早退、儀容不整、與他人衝突、喝酒開車、聚眾滋事、使用管制藥品、與長官言語衝撞、無故缺席、不配合服勤事宜、侵犯公務物品等，違反其禁止事項皆為替代役役男違規行為的認定。
本研究結果發現，違規行為與個人背景、父母婚姻關係、沉迷習慣方面、自我控制高低、同儕互動關係、服勤單位管理方式都有相關性。
替代役役男遭遇其服勤情緒及適應能力，為協助替代役役男解決問題，防治其所遭致的霸凌或不友善對待行為，避免自傷事件發生，提高預警功能，依據個人背景、沉迷習慣、心理困擾、同儕互動、服勤管理，以社會工作方式提出三級處遇建議。

The purpose of this study is to investigate violation behaviors with personal background, self-control, peer interaction and service status of Alternative Servicemen.According to the study, it is found that there is a correlation between the non-compliance behaviors and all the variables, suggestions for violations. There are seventeen types of substitute service, we chose the most five major type and known for the public (including Police service, Fire service, Social service, Educational service and Medical service) to do survey.
Violation Behaviors are depended on each administration management of service units which the Alternative Servicemen are prohibited to engage in such as: Being late or leaving early, being short of appearance, being in conflict with others, drunken and driving, getting together in trouble, using controlling drugs, collide with the official's by words, being absent without any reason, not willing to cooperate with serving affairs, and infringing upon official goods, etc. These all are identified to be the finding facts of violation behaviors.
The result of this study found that violation behaviors are related to personal background, marital relationship, addictiveness, low/high self-control, peer interaction, and administration management of service units.
In order to help Alternative Servicemen who confronted with emotion and adaption in service time to solve problems, to prevent or deal with bullying or unfriendly treat behaviors, alternative servicemen may be prevented from taking any self-mutilation and improving early-warning functions. Based on their personal background, addictiveness, psychological distress, peer interaction and service management, we take steps of social work measures to put forward three level situation recommendations.
