近年來由於科技的日新月異及快速發展,促使工業或物業生產線也產生了極大的增長,面對龐大且雜亂無章的生產線,無法快速且有效率的進行作業。因此我們必須要使工廠或物業公司機械化,而機械自動化的控制也越趨資訊化,機械不僅能取代人力,就某些方面而言,甚至更優於人力,也能減少人為疏忽所造成的錯誤。本論文以自動化的方式、系統資料庫及網頁遠端監控系統為主要目標,來達成能夠遠端監控之目的。研究環境建置,利用RFID技術、機械手臂平台系統及資料庫系統為主體架構,並將主要資料庫系統MySQL伺服器與網頁遠端監控Apache伺服器架設於機械手臂平台系統上。系統分為管理者與人員,管理者能在機台環境操作上,亦也能透過瀏覽器開啟網頁來即時控管貨物資料、人員資料及監控機械手臂之操作。
In recent years, with the ever-changing and rapid development of science and technology, industrial or property production lines have also caused tremendous growth. In the face of huge and disorganized production lines, operations can not be carried out quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we must mechanize factories or property companies. The control of machine automation is becoming more informational. Machinery can not only replace manpower, but also in some respects even better than manpower. It can also reduce errors caused by human negligence. The main goal of this thesis, including factory automation, system database, and website remoting system. In this thesis, the main structure of operating environment is using RFID technology, Robotic Arm platform system, and Database system. MySQL server is used to be the main of database server, and another server is Apache that used to be the remoting website server. Both of servers are setup in the Robotic Arm platform system. In addition, the representative permissions are administrator and staff respectively in our overall system. In particular, the administrator has absolute authority that can use managing system to manage all the staffs, also can through the website to check out all the product data and remoting robotic arm.
