An Intelligent Information Service System for Hotels

摘要

隨著科技產業不斷進步，當今每個人幾乎攜帶一個以上的智慧型裝置，已經與生活瑣事息息相關。本研究主要開發出智能旅店資訊服務系統，傳統飯店許多環節都採紙本作業，而且連安全通報上仍需有專人進行處理，每個不同系統間必須使用一個人力進行搭配，因此提高了人力與效能的成本。本研究就是將飯店內所有場域的硬體控制設施與自動化控制器連結，本系統負責處理與控制器之間的封包接收，和輪詢控制器之暫存器的資料同步置資料庫，提供使用者可使用飯店提供的行動應用程式，遠端監控飯店內的硬體控制設施。控制器賦予聯網的能力，更具有人性化的操作方式。

Since the technological industries continue to progress, each person carries more than one smart devices that has being regarded as a linked to the chores of life. This research mainly develops intelligent hotel information service system. Many aspects of the traditional hotel are picking paper-based homework. Safety briefing needs someone to look after. According to different systems, there’s a “need” of using a man-resource to match. The hardware control facilities of all the fields in the hotels are connected with the automation controller. The system is responsible for processing the packet reception with the controller and synchronizing the data of the register of the polling controller to a database, so as to provide users with the possibility of uses. The hotel offers apps that can remotely monitor hardware controls in the hotel. Controller gives the ability of networking, more user-friendly mode of operation.
