家蠅和斜紋夜盜蛾性費洛蒙合成及其應用

Synthesis and Application of the Sex Pheromones of Housefly and Tobacoo Cutworm

摘要

本研究目的以家蠅(Housefly)及斜紋夜盜蛾(Tobacoo Cutworm)作為主軸來進行補捉蟲害，並且以自行合成家蠅及斜紋夜盜蛾費洛蒙，來進行配方調配，且參閱Warner專利中的skatole、indole、乙醇、三甲胺等條件，而本研究再自行添加丁酸，加以自行改良配方模式和劑量，再進一步使用田口式方法來找出最佳配方劑量調配比例。
斜紋夜蛾的配方則是參閱邱瑞珍等，斜紋夜盜蛾9,11-tetradecadienyl acetate、9,12-tetradecadienyl acetate的比例，而本研究也自行添加9,11-tetradecadienyl acetate純度、膠條長度及誘引劑量，來進行田間試驗，試圖找出最佳配方比例出來。
本文簡約介紹了農藥及蟲害防治及費洛蒙，而在第二章節中，大幅介紹關於家蠅(Housefly)及斜紋夜盜蛾(Tobacoo Cutworm)這兩種昆蟲，同樣的也簡介了田口品質方法。
由田間數據得到了家蠅最佳配方比為，分別為(A)indole 0.035mg (B)乙醇為2.5ml (C)三甲胺為0.35 g (D)丁酸為0.3ml。而在斜紋夜盜而上最佳配方比為斜紋夜盜蛾最佳條件化為，(A)膠條長度為7公分(B)9-11純度為97%(C) 9,11-tetradecadienyl acetate和9,12-tetradecadienyl acetate比例為1:9(D)誘引量為1mg。

This simple introduction of pesticides and pest control and pheromones, and in the second chapter, a substantial introduction on the housefly (Housefly) and tobacoo Cutworm (Tobacoo Cutworm) of these two insects, the same also outlined a method of Taguchi quality .
Field data obtained by the best formula housefly ratio, respectively (A) indole 0.035mg (B) ethanol as 2.5ml (C) of trimethylamine is 0.35 g (D) acid as 0.3ml. Tobacoo Cutworm on the best formula (A) strip length 7 cm (B) 9-11 purity of 97% (C) 9,11-tetradecadienyl acetate and 9,12-tetradecadienyl acetate ratio of 1: 9 (D) to lure the amount of 1mg.
