台商赴越南投資影響因素之研究

A Study of Influential Factors for Taiwanese Investment in Vietnam

根據駐越南台北經濟文化辦事處之統計，自1988年至2009年9月間，台商赴越南之投資總額為2,128,767萬美元，占外人投資總額的12.64%，居各國在越南投資之首。投資件數共計2,027件，占總件數之18.86%，亦名列各國之前矛。相較於其他外資在越南的投資經驗，台商在當地的發展不傴時間來得較久，投資金額甚至更領先各國位居第一，部份台商甚至在越戰結束不久就落腳於越南，投入當地的基礎建設，解決的大量的就業問題。
本研究使用2005年至2008年「駐越南台北經濟文化辦事處」及「越南統計局」公布的資料以探討台商赴越南投資影響之因素。其結果顯示勞動帄均收入與貧窮比率呈負向影響，人口密度、室內電話密度與固定資產和長期投資呈正向影響。

Abstract
According to the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Vietnam, the statistics data from 1988 to September 2009 showed that Taiwanese Enterprise invested in Vietnam total 2,128,767 million Dollar getting 12.64% of total Capital of foreign investment in Vietnam with 2,027 pieces getting 18.86% of total pieces investment, ranking the first of foreign investment in Vietnam. Comparing Taiwan to other countries, Taiwan has more experience of investing in Vietnam, they have long time cooperation and got amount of investment that always keep the first place. since the end of the Vietnam War soon they has settled in Vietnam to construct the local infrastructure and supplied the large number of employment for Vietnamese .
This study using data of "Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Vietnam" and "Vietnam Bureau of Statistics" published information from 2005 to 2008, to conduct investigation the influence of Taiwanese investment in Vietnam factors. The results showed that the average labor income and poverty rate showed a negative effect on population densi-ties, indoor telephone density and fixed asset has positive impact and long-term investment.
