多代理人系統之工作流程合成、執行與監督

摘要


醫療工作人員具有高度的流動率;他們不斷的改變位置來執行他們的日常工作。此外,典型的醫療過程通常涉及複雜的工作流程。而且,每個工作人員的角色可能會隨時間而改變。一個有效的訊息系統應提供訊息給醫療工作人員做為引導他們下一步的工作流程,以便處理、監督系統中所有工作流程的變化。模型驅動架構是一種因應變化的典範。為了滿足上述要求,我們採用模型驅動方式來開發工作流程管理系統。為了實現這些目標,我們在工作流程管理技術中結合情境感知計算技術,來適應環境改變和根據使用的情境來提供給使用者所需的訊息。我們採用模型驅動方式來開發工作流程管理系統及處理變化。

Hospital workers are highly mobile; they constantly change location to perform their daily work. In addition, typical medical processes usually involve complex workflows. Furthermore, the roles a member can play may change from time to time. An effective information system should provide the information to hospital workers as needed to guide them the next actions of the workflows to be taken, monitor the progress of all workflows in the system and accommodate changes. Model driven architecture is a paradigm to deal with changes. To meet the aforementioned requirements, we adopt a model driven approach to the development of workflow management system. To achieve these objectives, we combine context-aware computing technology with workflow management technology to provide users the information at the point of need, adapt to changing circumstances and respond based on the context of use. We adopt a model driven approach to the development of workflow management system and deal with changes.
