本研究主要探討觀光客對觀光體驗與服務品質對滿意度之影響,以到台中市霧峰林家花園的觀光客為研究對象。採非隨機便利抽樣法選取樣本,進行問卷調查,總計發放400份問卷,回收400份有效問卷,研究結果如下: 一、整體而言,觀光客的觀光體驗與服務品質對滿意度有皆呈現正 向相關影響,且服務品質對於滿意度的影響程度高於觀光體 驗。 二、觀光客對參觀霧峰林家園的觀光體驗,會因「年齡」、「婚姻 狀況」、「教育程度」、「職業」、「個人月收入」與「居住 地區」不同,而有顯著差異。 三、觀光客對霧峰林家花園所提供的服務品質,會因「年齡」、 「婚姻狀況」、「教育程度」與「職業」不同,而有顯著差異。 四、觀光客對參觀霧峰林家花園的整體滿意度,會因「年齡」、 「婚姻狀況」、「教育程度」與「職業」不同,而有顯著差異。 最後根據本研究之結果,對霧峰林家花園及後續研究者提出建 議以期能提高觀光客對參觀霧峰林家花園的整體滿意度。
The research is to study the influence of visiting experiences and service quality satisfaction from the visitors to Taichiung City, Wu Fong Lins Garden. The survey system is non-convenience sampling. There are 400 effective questionnaires. From the above, the conclusion is: 1.To sum up, the visiting experiences and service quality satisfactions are positive correlation. And the influence of service quality satisfactios are higher than visiting experiences. 2.The visiting experiences of the visitors to Wu Fong Lins Garden will be various from age, marriage, education, occupation, income, and area. 3.The service quality provided by Wu Fong Lins Garden to the visiter will be various from age, marriage, education, and occupation. 4.The whole satisfaction to Wu Fong Lins Garden from visitors will be various from age, marriage, education, anf occupation. We will have some suggestions to Wu Fong Lins Garden and other reseachers according to the conclusion of the research, and the higher satisfaction from visitors are expected.
