隨著環境變化和競爭壓力提升,我國失業率從民國96年3.91%至100年4.39%一直持續提高,一般大眾面臨找工作而遭遇的窘境相對也提高,故教育部建構「大專校院就業職能平台」簡稱UCAN,讓在校學生提早瞭解自己未來之方向,可以依自己的興趣規劃未來之職涯目標,提前加強個人的不足之處,發揮個人優點,掌握未來目標,畢業生提早培養有關保險理財的知識。說明UCAN之概念,在UCAN主要功能,包含職涯興趣探索、職能診斷(共通職能和專業職能)和能力養成計畫。 本研究旨在以我國A科技大學保險金融管理系一年級新生為研究對象,以瞭解學生職涯興趣對共通職能診斷之影響、職涯興趣對專業職能診斷之影響;運用UCAN,以使學生瞭解適合其未來之職涯興趣和學校方面提供保險相關之專業課程,以使學生有多元化的學習空間。本研究的對象是以我國A科技大學保險金融管理系一年級新生為研究對象,共有160位學生,透過問卷調查並運用描述性統計分析、因素分析、信度分析、獨立樣本t檢定、相關分析以及繪製雷達圖分析等統計方法,瞭解職涯興趣和核心職能之間的關聯性,其研究結果如下: (一)我國A科技大學保險金融管理系一年級新生針對職涯興趣探索、職能診斷(共通職能和專業職能)透過差異分析有明顯的不同。在UCAN之計畫,有助於A科技大學保險金融管理系一年級新生提升依自己的興趣規劃未來之職涯目標和明確未來之方向。 (二)根據相關分析結果顯示,我國A科技大學保險金融管理系一年級新生在「行政、人文和司法」和共通職能、專業職能的變數中,發現在行政、人文和司法所表現在職能上的顯著相關性較高。 (三)由雷達圖分析得知,在班級、性別、共通職能和專業職能,瞭解整體之概況,在學校方面,依據學生興趣調整課程規劃;老師方面,依據學生能力因材施教。 因此,在金融保險學群學生,瞭解目前的產業所需人才具備的技能,依自己的興趣規劃未來之職涯目標和本身的具備特質做分析,加強個人的不足之處,發揮個人優點,明確瞭解未來之就業方向,提升自我的競爭力。
Along with economic variation and intense competitiveness, The unemployment rate has continued to raise from 3.91% in 2007 to 4.39% in 2011, and the unemployed population is getting more and more. The Ministry of Education has established a platform “Career and Competency Assessment Network”. Called, UCAN. It tries to let students understand their future career, set up their goals and interests, find their lackness, promote their advantage and in advance understand the necessary insurance and financial knowledge. This study is sampled by freshmen of Insurance and Finance Department in A University of Technology . University, and plans to find the main influence between students’ career interest and common job competence and professional job competence diagnosis. This study used a UCAN system to tell students about their interest of career and provide some necessary professional insurance knowledge to their multiple learning. The samples of this study are 160 students. We used the questionnaire and statistical analysis, Factor Analysis, Reliability Analysis, Independent-Samples t teat, Correlation Analysis and Radar Chart. The purpose of this study: department of insurance A University of Technology new student’s is research objects. Affect is the common functional diagnosis of student career interest; affect is career interest in the professional functions of diagnosis. UCAN The school offer relevant courses to allow students a wide range of learning. Study is the use of the questionnaire and statistical analysis. The statistical analysis of the use Descriptive Statistics, Factor Analysis, Reliability Analysis, Independent-Samples t teat, Correlation Analysis and radar chart to search the relationship between job interest and core job competence. We found below: 1. It is a obviously different between the exploration of career interest and the diagnosis of job competency through differential analysis sampled by freshmen in insurance finance department of Tech. University A. This UCAN plan is useful for freshmen in Tech. University A to arrange their goals for career and the certain roads for their future by promoting their interest. 2. According to correlation analysis, it appears that freshmen have higher correlation among common career competency, administration, human activities and judicature compared with the research variables. 3. We can understand students’ overall situation through radar chart divided by class, sex, common competency and professional competency. For school, we can adjust students’ course schedule by it, and for teachers, we can teach case by case according to students’ abilities. Therefore, the students of insurance finance department can understand the necessary skills for their relative insurance industry. They can arrange their career goals for their future by their interest, analysis their personality for career, enforce their personal lackness, show their goodness, make sure their jobs and raise their own power.
