香葉醇美容水膠貼布配方及品管方法建立

摘要


近年來現代人使用各種貼布已成習性,由於貼布為長期大面積接觸皮膚,對於皮膚護理、甚至貼布外觀及成分內容都非常講究。本實驗使用香葉醇添加在美容水膠貼布中,能加強清涼效果且增加持久性。   在分析上,採用氣相層析法,管柱以Varian 公司 型號:VA-1,管長 30 meter,內徑0.25 mm,膜層厚度為0.25 μm為分析管柱,載流氣體為氮氣,注射口溫度:240 ℃,火焰離子化偵測器溫度:240 ℃,分流比:50:1,流速:19.14 psi,注射量:1 μL,烘箱溫度變化起始溫度為80 ℃,每分鐘上升10 ℃至140 ℃維持1分鐘,接著再以每分鐘100 ℃上升至240 ℃後維持2分鐘,此分析方法可以在10分鐘完成,6~7分鐘時出現。 在分析確效方面,香葉醇的線性迴歸係數為R2 = 0.9996,精密度實驗的相對標準偏差( RSD) 介於0.49%到3.79%之間,準確度實驗的回收率則介於95.88%至96.98%之間,偵測極限和定量極限分別為1.46 ppm以及4.88 ppm。   在安定性試驗方面,美容水膠貼布的主成份香葉醇分別在25 ℃與40℃的環境下進行實驗,經過6個月後發現外觀皆無明顯的變化,但香葉醇的含量分別降至92.34%及89.15%。

In recent years, the modern people use a variety of patch has become a habits. And the patch for the long-term large area of contact with skin, skin care, and even appearance and composition of the patch are very particular about. This experiment use geraniol added to the aqueous drug tape, can enhance the cooling effect and increased persistence. Analysis by gas chromatography, column to VA-1, long 300 meter inner diameter of 0.25 mm, film thickness 0.25 μm analytical column, carrier gas is nitrogen. The injection temperature: 240 ℃, FID detection temperature: 240 ℃, split: 50 : 1, flow rate at a linear velocity of 19.14 psi, an injection volume: 1 μL. The oven temperature was programmed from 80 ℃, then 10 ℃/min ramp to 140 ℃ held for 1 min, then 100 ℃/min ramp to 240 ℃ held for 2 min. Total run time was 10 min. In the analytical method validation of geraniol in beauty hydrogel patch, the results of relative standard deviation are between 0.49% and 3.79%; the results of recovery are between 95.88% and 96.58%; the result of linear regression coefficient is 0.9996; the result of limit of detection is 1.46 ppm; the result of limit of quantification is 4.88ppm. In the stability tests, geraniol beauty hydrogel patch was placed in the room temperature condition 25 ℃ and the accelerated condition 40 ℃ for six-month stability test. The appearance of product did not significantly change and the content of geraniol was declined to 92.34 % in the room temperature test and declined to 89.15 % in the accelerated test at the six month.
