摘要

近年來，我國在人力資源管理方面做出了一定的成績，使得技術裝備水準得到了極大的改善；加強了規章制度和職業道德建設，全民品質意識有了較大的提高；法律法規不斷完善，品質工作走向了法制化軌道。但是依然存在嚴重的不足：人力資源管理的意識還有待提高；監督乏力、控制手段不足。這就要我們進一步加強人力資源管理的力度。
績效考核是否能產生良好的管理成效，執行的程式及選對考核方式，都是至關重要的影響因素。因此，在設計實際評估方法上，必須妥善考慮用什麼來衡量及如何衡量，目前業界所運用方法眾多，何者為優何者為劣，並沒有一套能通用遍及所有業界。
本研究以製造業個案公司的Cpk管理模式為研究物件，通過對Cpk管理理論的深入探討，結合個案公司的實踐經驗，以獲得的該公司人力資源管理資料為基礎，同時結合該公司生產運行過程中所面臨的實際問題，分析在生產運行和人力資源管理存在的問題及其原因，研究Cpk管理模式在製造業人力資源管理的應用。如此機械加工業者可以根據本文所提出的方法，達到有效管理的功效，為企業中人力資源管理的實施應用提供參考。
