使用建築資訊模型(BIM)為目前營造業的趨勢,因各產業資訊的傳遞過程中耗費太多時間,當發生變更設計時,容易產生人為的失誤產生圖說不一致的問題,且在現今建築物設計越來越複雜的情形下,營造業勢必須找尋一套更好的方法來改善傳統方法所帶來的不足及不便。 本研究探討BIM本身能力,在導入鋼構工程的流程操作下可以更為精進的方向。以本研究人員實際參與及操作的案例以及與建築師、技師、業主多方討論的過程中,得出在繪製鋼構BIM模型中會遇到的主要問題,以Tekla做為其研究主題,並針對軟體本身繪製模型的能力進行介紹,最後透過實際經驗,驗證鋼構工程使用BIM的可行性及未來可改善之方向。 經本研究整理,可分為圖說不一致、認知差異、遺漏等三項,而其中認知差異為本研究繪圖人員缺乏實務經驗所造成的之外,剩餘兩項皆為日後於工地施工時,可能發生的問題。本研究經由Tekla Structures於電腦內先行檢核,於施工前排除圖面之問題,有助於減少現場施作時發生問題。
The use of Building Information Model (BIM) is the trend of the current construction industry. Because the transmission of various industry information takes too much time, when the design changes occur, it is easy to produce human error and inconsistent problems, and in today's building design In an increasingly complex situation, the construction industry must find a better way to improve the deficiencies and inconveniences caused by traditional methods. This study explores the capabilities of BIM itself and can be more refined in the process of importing steel structures. In the process of the actual participation and operation of the researcher and the discussion with the architects, technicians and owners, the main problems encountered in drawing the steel structure BIM model are obtained, and Tekla is used as the research topic. The ability of the software to draw the model itself is introduced. Finally, through practical experience, the feasibility of using BIM in steel structure engineering and the direction in which it can be improved in the future can be verified.
