摘要


身處科技高速發展的年代,新科技層出不窮,未來世界將會變成什麼樣子?2016年戴爾與英特爾未來工作模式調查報告顯示,亞太與日本地區近半數(45%)受訪者期望未來五年內,將會在具備物聯網與其它科技的智慧辦公室內工作。再加上IBM的一份研究報告曾經指出:商業模式創新是當代最有價值的創新類型。綜合兩個觀點就形成了本研究「智慧型商務模式」系統模型建構的目的。 智慧商務與智慧製造系統是未來智慧型企業營運模式之一體兩面。在眾多研究都朝向智慧製造主題發展之餘,本論文要探討的是未來世界進入到智慧商務時代,如何整合運用相關科技創造消費者或是採購者過程中的便利性、商品真實性以及解決客戶問題之價值性等三大需求。 本研究採用系統化精實創新方法展開整體研究,在個案研究的架構之下,首先探討企業數位化轉型的必要性,並且進一步透過各種新科技應用之探討,透過情境故事模擬以及系統化創新方法之相關手法建構出智慧型商務系統的可能模型。 透過本文研究提出的智慧型商務模式模型,期望引導企業界與教育界關注本議題與其降低企業成本、社會成本、交通成本與環境污染等契機。

In the era of rapid development of science and technology, new technologies are presented almost every day. What the future world will become? 2016 Dell and Intel Future Work Patterns Survey report reveals that nearly half (45%) of respondents in Asia Pacific and Japan hope to work within the smart office environment integrated by Internet of Things (IoT) and other new technologies in the next five years. In addition, IBM’s research report once pointed out that business model innovation is the most valuable compared to other innovations in the contemporary era. Synthesizing these two viewpoints forms the research purpose of intelligent commerce model construction of this study. Intelligent business and intelligent manufacturing systems are two different sides of a future intelligent business operation model. Because there are plenty of researches focus on the latter, this paper will explore how technologies will be integrated to deliver the three needs of consumers; convenience, product authenticity and the value of solving customer problems; in the era of intelligent commerce. This research adopts the systematic lean innovation method to deploy the entire research. Under a case study framework, the necessity of digital transformation of enterprises is discussed at the very beginning. Further, by studying all sorts of possible technology applications, going through scenario story simulation and related methods in the systematic lean innovation methodology to construct the possible model for the intelligent commerce system. With the intelligent commerce system model delivered by this study, hopefully to draw attention from both industrial and academic people so that people will pay more attention about the topic of digital transformation and intelligent commerce as well as the chances; such as reducing corporate costs, social costs, transportation costs, and environmental pollution in a considerably efficient way; it may create for the world.
