機器人生活館創意商品之紙模型機器人設計

摘要


根據「智慧型機器人產業發展推動計畫」其中「創意的激發」執行方式是以營造產業創意環境為目的,建置創意應用展示平台,於2007年3月22日由經濟部工業局指導的全台第一座結合生活情境的「RoboFun」機器人生活館,在台中市工業區精密機械研究發展中心正式成立。成立的目的是為了讓更多人了解機器人為我們帶來的便利及樂趣,並提供一個機器人知識、技術交流平台,讓來到「RoboFun」的人能近距離接觸機器人、瞭解機器人並愛上機器人。「RoboFun」最大的特色是開放式空間與情境應用的展示設計,不僅只是觀賞,還可進一步體驗與機器人生活、接觸零組件應用,激發無限機器人與生活之創意,發展更具市場價值的商品。機器人商品幾乎都脫離不了冰冷的科技感與顏色,本研究使用了符號學理論中的產品符號三角形,利用客體-詮釋-表徵三者,說明客體與詮釋的相互關係,作為本研究的產品設計方法,重新定義機器人商品。 機器人生活館為推動機器人科普教育,讓機器人科學教育有機會走入生活,要讓不懂機器人的人懂機器人、喜歡機器人的人想要做機器人、已經在做機器人的人可以在這裡獲得更多的靈感,因此導覽與體驗活動以較具創意、活潑、實用之機器人展示,搭配機器人生活館體驗活動,讓參加的人能夠認識機器人、喜愛機器人,進而學習機器人科學,讓來此參觀的人都可以帶著對機器人好的經驗感覺回家。 本研究創作將以機器人結構原理作為設計元素的拆解,進而應用於產品設計為探討基礎,首先將具有機器人身上的電子零件作為設計元素應用與案例作為初步分析基礎,歸納其應用手法並延伸至後續設計執行。其次以皮爾斯符號三角形理論及心智圖表法解析出的主題作為主題看板為基礎, 建立更具體之創作方法與流程,分為客體對象、主題看板分析、元素轉換與應用等三階段執行,應用此流程設計出創意商品,藉此探討機器人與導覽體驗整合後創意商品設計之可能性, 期望從機器人生活館的機器人館導覽,認識機器人、體驗互動機器人、DIY活動:製作紙模型機器人的角度切入,將機器人紙模型轉化為「體驗美好」的創意商品。

According to the “Smart Robot Industry Development Promotion Plan”, the “In-spire-ment of Creative” implementation method is to create a creative application display platform for the purpose of creating an industrial creative environment. The whole was guided by the Industrial Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs on March 22, 2007. The first "Ro-boFun" robot living museum combined with the living situation was officially established in the Taichung Industrial Zone Precision Machinery Research and Development Center. The purpose of the establishment is to let more people understand the convenience and fun that robots bring to us, and to provide a platform for robot knowledge and technology exchange, so that people who come to "RoboFun" can get close to robots, understand robots and fall in love with robots. The biggest feature of RoboFun is the display design of open space and situational ap-plication. It is not only for viewing, but also can further experience the life of robots, con-tact with components, stimulate the creativity of unlimited robots and life, and develop more market value products. Robotic goods can hardly escape the cold sense of technology and color. This study uses the product symbol triangle in semiotic theory, using ob-ject-interpretation-characteristics to illustrate the relationship between object and interpre-ta-tion, as the product design of this study. Method to redefine robot merchandise. When facing an important emotional loss, the owner needs to experience emotional ad-justment. If this is not handled properly, soothing the owner’s mood will be difficult. This research goes from edge → convergence → funeral → burial → continuation in the in-vestigation of the pet funeral and interment process. From the mode of handling the remains and the emotional background of the owner’s solace, suitable pet funeral and interment mer-chandise can be developed. Creative designs aimed at the concept of pet rebirth was conduct-ed to develop the conceptual creation of a ceremonial paper house for pets. The innovative design was proposed for the handling mode of the pets’ rebirth, so that owners may achieve a spiritual healing effect. This research will use the robot structure principle as the disassembly of the design ele-ments, and then apply to the product design as the basis for discussion. Firstly, the electronic components with robots are used as the design elements and case as the preliminary analysis basis, and the application methods are summarized and extended to Subsequent design execu-tion. Secondly, based on the theme of Pierce's symbolic triangle theory and mental graph method, based on the theme kanban, a more specific creative method and process is estab-lished, which is divided into three phases: object object, topic kanban analysis, element con-version and application. Designing creative products to explore the possibilities of creative product design after the integration of robots and navigation experience. I hope to browse the robot museum from the robot living museum, and know the robots and experience interactive robots.
