養「錢」防老是未來新趨勢,對未來做好多元的退休理財規劃,才能有高品質的退休生活。本研究旨在探討勞工理財態度、勞退制度認知對退休準備之影響,以及勞退制度認知在勞工理財態度與退休準備間之中介效果。 本研究採用問卷調查方式,共回收250份,剔除一份年齡未達20歲之問卷,有效問卷為249份。再使用SPSS統計軟體進行分析,並採用敘述統計分析、信度與效度分析、單因子變異數分析、獨立樣本t檢定、迴歸分析等分析方法進行驗證。 研究結果發現,勞工理財態度中除焦慮型外,謹慎型、積極型及預防型皆正向影響勞退制度認知、勞退自提、商業保險兩種退休準備;勞退制度認知正向影響勞退自提及商業保險兩種退休準備;理財態度中除焦慮型外,謹慎型、積極型及預防型皆會透過勞退制度認知,進而影響勞退自提及商業保險兩種退休準備。最後依據以上研究結論,分別對政府、企業、勞工、保險業者與未來研究者提出相關建議,以供參考。
Maintaining “money” for the elderly is a new trend in the future. We must prepare a diversified retirement financial plan for the future, The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of labor attitudes, the labor pension statutes cognition on retirement preparation, and the intermediation effect of labor pension statutes cognition on labor attitudes and retirement preparation. In this study, a questionnaire survey was used to collect for a total of 250 copies. A questionnaire that was younger than 20 years old was excluded. There were 249 valid questionnaires. Then use SPSS statistical software for analysis, and use statistical analysis, reliability and validity analysis, single factor variance analysis, independent sample t-test, regression analysis and other analytical methods to verify. The results of the study found that, with the exception of anxiety, the labor whose attitude are cautious, positive, and preventive; all positively affect the recognition of labor pension statutes cognition, retirement, and commercial insurance; retirement is a positive influence on labor. Retired from the reference to commercial retirement insurance; in addition to anxiety, financial, attitude-oriented, cautious, positive and preventive types will be recognized through the system of retreat, which in turn affects the retirement of the two types of retirement insurance. Finally, based on the above research conclusions, relevant recommendations are made to the government, enterprises, laborers, insurance companies and future researchers for reference.
