東方果實蠅的費洛蒙防治

中文摘要費洛蒙為同物種間傳遞訊息的化學物質，其中性費洛蒙的作用則為吸引異性交配，藉以繁衍下一代。若能以人工方式合成模擬昆蟲的性費洛蒙，並生產應用在捕捉害蟲，降低害蟲交配的機率，可以達到防治害蟲的目的與提高農作物的收成，更減少了農藥的使用殘留。在台灣，大量的水果類均會廣泛的受到東方果實蠅的危害(Bactrocera dorsalis)，抗藥性也使農藥使用量也因而加重，本研究以實驗室合成之東方果實蠅費洛蒙作為誘引劑，搭配田口式來誘使東方果實蠅黏著於載體(塑膠袋)，降低成熟雌雄交配受精之機會，進一步減少蟲害，依據田口式實驗結果顯示，若是取其短時間而密集，載體瓶子較大，距離在10公尺時，會有最佳的捕捉效果。期許能在未來廣為推廣，將此研究結果使用在捕捉東方果實蠅的防治，不只達到農藥大幅減量的目標，也降低了病蟲害，為地球永續共生的綠色農業大幅邁進。

Abstract Pheromones are chemical substances that transmit information between species, and the role of pheromones is to attract the opposite sex to breed the next generation. If artificial pheromones that synthesize insects can be artificially synthesized and used to capture pests and reduce the probability of mating of pests, the purpose of pest control can be achieved and crop yields can be improved, and the use of pesticide residues can be reduced. In Taiwan, a large number of fruits are widely endangered by B. orientalis (Bactrocera dorsalis), and resistance to pesticides has also aggravated the use of pesticides. In this study, a laboratory-synthesized Oriental fruit fly pheromone was used as a lure. Taguchi Methods is used to lure oriental fruit fly to the carrier (plastic bag), which reduces the opportunities for mating and fertilization of mature males and females, and further reduces pests. According to Taguchi Methods experimental results, if it is taken for a short time and intensive, the carrier bottle is larger and the distance is longer. At 10 meters, there will be the best capture. Expectations can be widely promoted in the future. The use of this research result in the prevention and control of oriental fruit fly will not only achieve the goal of substantial reduction of pesticides, but also reduce the pests and diseases, and will greatly advance the sustainable symbiosis of the earth.
