臺中市基層警察休閒阻礙、工作壓力與休閒活動參與關係之研究

摘要

基層警察肩負保障合法、取締非法、防制暴力之社會治安責任，又面對社會大眾對渠高度期待性，工作壓力不言可喻，但休閒活動所帶來的效益，除紓解工作壓力，提昇人際關係，更能促進身心健康等。本研究主探討臺中市基層員警休閒阻礙、工作壓力與休閒活動參與之關係，目的在瞭解臺中市基層警察：一、休閒阻礙的概況；二、造成工作壓力因素為何；三、休閒活動參與的現況；四、休閒阻礙、工作壓力對休閒活動參與的影響。
研究對象以臺中市政府警察局各分駐(派出)所之基層警察，採分區抽樣發放400份問卷，以個人背景變項、休閒阻礙、工作壓力與休閒活動參與等量表為研究工具。資料分析使用描述性統計分析、信度分析與複迴歸分析等統計方法。
根據研究結果顯示，臺中市基層員警休閒阻礙以結構性阻礙為最高；工作壓力則以機關外部為最大，個體本身次之。休閒活動以家庭型、靜態、易參與的休閒活動為主。整體而言，臺中市基層警察休閒阻礙低、工作壓力大、休閒活動參與低。
最後根據實證結果，提出個人研究建議，供警政高層決策參考，及後續研究者之參酌。

The regular police shoulder the responsibilities of social security, such as legitimacy protecting, illegality banning, and violence prevention. Although the working pressure from the public who have high expectations for them is too great, the benefit of the leisure activities can not only release the working pressure and enhance the interpersonal relations but also promote the physical and mental health. This study is to explore the relationships in leisure constrains, job pressure and leisure activities participation. The purpose of this study is to understand the following about the regular police in Taichung City:
1. An overview of leisure constrains.
2. The factors of job pressure.
3. The participation of leisure activities.
4. The impact of casual obstacle and job pressure on leisure activities
participation .
This study takes about the regular police of every police station from Police Bureau in Taichung City Government as samples. 400 polices were issued by stratified sampling of questionnaires which are according to personal background variables, leisure constrains, job pressure and leisure activities participation.Data analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis and multiple regression analysis and other statistical methods.
The study results show that the leisure constrains mainly come from structure constrain.The job pressure mostly comes from the institution and some from individual.The leisure activities largely base on family type, static state, and easy participation.In short, the regular police in Taichung have low leisure constrains, large pressure from the work, and few participation in leisure activities.
Finally,this study provides the individual suggestions according to the empirical results for the senior police to make the decision and also for the subsequent researchers to reference.
