音樂療法對國小教師紓解壓力的評估-常態性研究

摘要


隨著社會多元的發展,教育政策接連不斷的改變,教育環境產生轉變,使得教師的工作壓力與日俱增,長期累積壓力的結果,往往容易引發負面情緒,危害身心健康。近年來紓解壓力的管道眾多,聆聽音樂亦是常被採用的方法之一。本研究目的在於評估音樂療法對國小教師的紓壓效果,以31位國小教師為實驗對象,進行聆聽風潮音樂與海莉音樂各二十分鐘,運用心率變異度分析,評估兩種音樂對國小教師紓壓的確效性。實驗結果顯示,介入風潮音樂後,心率變異度的參數在副交感神經活化的反應均往上升,其中高頻功率、心跳週期有顯著的差異,但海莉音樂卻無反應,因此,風潮音樂對教師紓壓的效果是較海莉音樂來得佳。

Due to the different social development, and the changes of educational policy and educational environment, the work stress of elementary school teachers are on the rise. These results effect the emotion of teachers going down, and their physiological conditions and health. Now, there are many different methods to relieve work stress. Listening music is one of these methods. The goal of this study is to evaluate the performance of music therapy for relieving the work stress of the elementary school teachers. There are 31 elementary school teachers to participate this study, who taken the music therapy about 20 minutes by the Wind music and Hayley music. The heart rate variability (HRV) was used to evaluate the performance of music therapy. The results show that the parameters of their HRV on the response of parasympathetic nervous system (PNS) all were the raises when the participators had listened to the Wind music. The high power of HRV and heart beat interval have the significant differences among these parameters. But, Hayley music didn’t have any effect. Therefore, the Wind music may have a better performance than the Hayley music for relieving the work stress of elementary school teachers.
