開發即時預約修車app-以中部某汽車廠為例

Development of an impromptu appointment app for car maintenance – a case study of a car dealer in central Taiwan

摘要

近年來汽車產業及資訊科技網路的進步，過去車商往往注重在產品品質上，近年來逐漸轉向提升服務體驗，藉由汽車品質加上服務體驗，提供消費者最佳的體驗。然而。資訊科技的發展，雲端技術也逐漸成熟，目前台灣區汽車產業均建置app應用程式，但是現有的App未針對消費者而設計，無法把正確及有效的資訊透過行動網路告訴消費者，在現有的App無法告知消費者即時性的資訊及即時路況告知消費者。
本研究基於Android系統，藉由網際網路連線到資料庫，幫助消費者協尋一個合適的修車廠，避免擁擠及等待時間過長，透過物聯網的服務質量的概念，零售商與客戶之間的溝通改善，透過與資料庫互動及Google maps 告訴消費者距離及導航，並與資料庫連線，給消費者正確的資訊，並透由維修量及路徑透過演算法排序，給消費者推薦。

Auto industry in recent years and progress in information technology network, dealers in the past have tended to focus on product quality in recent years towards enhancing service experience through quality and service experience, providing consumers the best possible experience. This research based on Android system, through Internet online to database, help consumers Association found a right of repair depot, avoid crowded and the waiting for time had long, through real networking of service quality of concept, retailers and customer each other of communication improved, through and database interactive and the Google maps told consumers distance and the navigation, and database online, to consumers right of information, and through by maintenance volume and the path through sort, to consumers recommended.
