開發即時預約修車app-以中部某汽車廠為例

摘要


近年來汽車產業及資訊科技網路的進步,過去車商往往注重在產品品質上,近年來逐漸轉向提升服務體驗,藉由汽車品質加上服務體驗,提供消費者最佳的體驗。然而。資訊科技的發展,雲端技術也逐漸成熟,目前台灣區汽車產業均建置app應用程式,但是現有的App未針對消費者而設計,無法把正確及有效的資訊透過行動網路告訴消費者,在現有的App無法告知消費者即時性的資訊及即時路況告知消費者。 本研究基於Android系統,藉由網際網路連線到資料庫,幫助消費者協尋一個合適的修車廠,避免擁擠及等待時間過長,透過物聯網的服務質量的概念,零售商與客戶之間的溝通改善,透過與資料庫互動及Google maps 告訴消費者距離及導航,並與資料庫連線,給消費者正確的資訊,並透由維修量及路徑透過演算法排序,給消費者推薦。
