幼兒園實施家長讀書會之研究-以鵝媽媽家長讀書會為例

摘要


本研究為質性個案之研究,研究目的在於瞭解幼兒園實施家長讀書會之發展歷程,與讀書會對成員之自我成長與親職互動的影響。透過讀書會相關文件資料與四位參與者訪談逐字稿,進行資料分析與歸納,研究結果發現如下: 壹、鵝媽媽幼兒園家長讀書會歷程的啟示:一、「成員之需求」影響讀書會之發展方向;二、「教養知識」為幼兒園讀書會之重要議題;三、「成員情感」為幼兒園讀書會持續之命脈。 貳、參幼兒園家長讀書會能擴大成員生活領域與視野、提昇成員學習興趣、釐清自我價值觀與提昇成員自我價值觀。 參、從讀書會對成員與其親子互動的影響中發現讀書會能:一、提昇親子互動品質;二、建立溝通的橋樑;三、跳脫原生家庭的教養方式;四、「陪伴」能握有引導孩子先機。 肆、根據研究發現提出下列建議: 一、建議公私立幼兒園皆應設立幼兒園家長讀書會。 二、建議經營讀書會應兼顧成員「自我成長」與「教養子女」之需求。 三、開放多元話題討論,促進成員情感之交流。 四、靈活運用不同讀書會的活動方式。 五、建議擴大研究對象,更深入的研究讀書會對參與的家長及其 家庭之影響力。

the documents from the study group and the interview recording transcripts, the analyses have found the following results: 1. The study group developing process reveals three things. First of all, the needs of members direct the development of study circle. Secondary, the most common topic of discussion in the circle is “issues of raising children”. Lastly, good relationship within members in the group is the key to maintain the study circle. 2. Participating the study circle could help members to expand their life experiences and visions, to raise the interests of study, to clarify their value as well as to improve their self-esteem. 3. The members of the study group show obvious growth in interacting with children. For example, improving the interaction quality, having better comunication with children, updating their nurturing skills. Also, through parents’ accompany, children got better opportunities to be successful. Finally, the following suggestion is provided: 1. Both public and private preschools are suggested to set up study circles. 2. The topic of discussion has to include members’ self-development and nurture issues 3. Open minded plus multi-topic discussion could improve the connection and support of members. 4. Various activities will help keeping interests of study group. 5. More research regarding participation and influences of parent study circles should obtain more attention.
