公共自行車使用者滿意度之研究-以台中市iBike微笑單車為例

摘要

本研究主要探討台中市iBike微笑單車使用概況及使用滿意度，於2015年4月12日至5月10日針對台中市iBike微笑單車之使用者進行問卷調查，共發放258份問卷，有效問卷253份，有效回收率98%。彙整調查的資料進行分析，結果發現：(一)台中市iBike微笑單車之使用者以男性為主；年齡方面以21至30歲佔多數；婚姻狀況方面多為未婚；教育程度方面以大學為主；職業方面大部分為學生；平均月收入方面大部分約20,000元以內。(二) 台中市iBike微笑單車使用者最常使用交通工具為機車；騎乘時間方面大多在30分鐘以內；付費工具方面以悠遊卡為主；租賃用途方面主要為旅遊；每週使用頻率方面大多為1至2次；騎乘同伴主要是朋友；若前30分鐘免費的優惠取消，大多數使用者會繼續使用，但會減少次數。而使用者對iBike目前的付費方式大多滿意。(三)使用iBike滿意度方面，「設備滿意度」的平均值為4.11，「付費滿意度」的平均值為4.18，「服務滿意度」的平均值為3.83，整體滿意度平均值為4.04，表示台中市iBike微笑單車之使用者大多滿意。由此可知，未來欲推動綠色運輸措施，減少溫室氣體排放，節約能源消耗及舒緩交通壓力，可鼓勵民眾使用大眾運輸工具、騎乘自行車及步行。而機車族及學生應為第一宣導對象，並在使用費率提高誘因，加強「設備滿意度」及「服務滿意度」，以擴大iBike微笑單車的使用頻率。

This research examines the utilization and users’ satisfaction of iBike, public bicycles in Taichung City by conducting a questionnaire survey on the iBike users from April 12, 2015 through May 10, 2015. The survey results indicate the following: (1) the majority of iBike users are male, aged between 21 and 30. They are mostly single, college educated, still students and with an average monthly income of below NT$ 20,000; (2) motorcycles are the most common transportation means for iBike users, with an average ride of 30 minutes or less. Most of them pay with EasyCard and they are largely satisfied with the payment method available on iBike; (3) the average level of satisfaction with iBike is 4.04, an indication of a high level of satisfaction with the public bicycles in Taichung City. To encourage green transportation and reduce greenhouse gas emissions, the government is advised to promote the use of public bicycles by first targeting at motorcyclists and students and offering tariff incentives.
