本研究主要目的是以參與動機、參與滿意度、休閒效益與持續服務意願建構運動志工持續服務行為模式,並探討構面間之關聯性。而本研究以2013金門馬拉松賽運動志工為研究對象,採問卷調查法作為資料收集之工具,並以便利抽樣的方式進行問卷調查,共計發放200份問卷,有效回收共186份,有效回收率為93%。所得資料經描述性統計與結構方程模式進行資料分析,結果如下:一、運動志工之參與動機、參與滿意度、休閒效益與持續服務意願之關係模式適配度良好。二、運動志工之參與動機對參與滿意度與持續服務意願有顯著影響。三、運動志工之參與滿意度對休閒效益與持續服務意願有顯著影響。四、運動志工之休閒效益對持續服務意願有顯著影響。 本研究結論為運動志工可透過提升參與動機,進而增加參與滿意度與休閒效益之感受,最終可增進運動志工持續服務之意願,藉此強化運動賽會之辦理。最後根據本研究結果提出具體實務建議,供相關教學單位及研究單位作為參考。
This study aimed to construct behavior model of continuous service for sport volunteers with participation motivation, participation satisfaction and leisure benefits. Using the convenience sampling, 186 questionnaires out of 200 were completed and analyzed, achieving 93% effective collection rate. Descriptive statistics and structural equation model were used to analyze the questionnaire responses. The main results were found as follows. Firstly, the constructed modell fit showed positive on sport volunteers with participation motivation, participation satisfaction, and leisure benefits. Secondly, participation motivations had a strong impact on participation satisfaction and leisure benefits. Thirdly, participation satisfactions had a strong impact on leisure benefits and willing to continue service. Fourthly, leisure benefits had a strong impact on willing to continue service. In conclusion, sport volunteers can increase the relation of participation satisfaction and leisure benefits by increase participation motivations. Finally, it would also increase sport volunteer’s willing to continue service and strengthen the hold of sporting events. Based on the results, the suggestions for further studies were offered to related teaching units and research as the reference.
