自行車路網App及介面偏好之研究

隨著現今科技快速的發展，行動軟體應用程式（Application，APP）已成為民眾生活中不可或缺的輔助品，對生活產生了重大影響。以自行車族而言，騎行的裝束以輕便為主，必備的攜帶品為手機，透過手機獲取及解決騎行中需求及問題。好的自行車APP能有效提高自行車族群的便捷性。本研究針對不同自行車族群對於自行車APP之功能及介面視覺的偏好，建立自行車APP架構，提供建置自行車APP系統之新策略。研究目的為一、探討不同自行車族群對於自行車APP功能之偏好程度，建立自行車APP之應用架構；二、探討不同自行車族群對於自行車APP介面視覺之偏好程度；三、依據功能及介面視覺之偏好結果模擬自行車APP之介面。本研究透過40個自行車相關APP之統計，歸納自行車APP七大功能分別為騎行紀錄、騎行日記、路線搜索、訓練挑戰、活動資訊、健康紀錄及自行車租借及19項因子，並以此進行問卷調查，研究結果顯示不同自行車族群包含專業騎行者、自行車愛好者、休閒騎行者及通勤者對於自行車APP功能偏好具有差異。其中專業騎行者與自行車愛好者所需功能一致，騎行紀錄功能為最受喜愛之功能，皆不需自行車租借及活動資訊功能；休閒騎行者所需功能最多，騎行紀錄功能為最受喜愛之功能，僅不需活動資訊功能；通勤者所需功能最少，騎行日記為最受喜愛之功能，不需騎行記錄、訓練挑戰及活動資訊功能。本研究介面視覺偏好包含導覽模式、介面佈局及介面顏色。研究結果顯示不同自行車族群對於自行車APP介面視覺皆無差異。以整體受測者而言，導覽模式分為持久性導覽模式及暫時性導覽模式，多數受測者選擇永久性導覽模式；介面佈局分為文字型、圖像型-圖示及圖像型-擬真圖像，多數受測者選擇圖像型-圖示；色彩分為三大色系分別為暖色系中色系及冷色系，多數受測者選擇暖色系為自行車APP介面色彩。關鍵詞：自行車、行動軟體應用程式、自行車族、使用者介面設計

With the rapid development of today's technology, mobile software Application (APP) has become an indispensable supplement in people's life, which has a great impact on people's life. For cyclists, their cycling clothes are mainly light, and the necessary equipment is mobile phones, which can be used to obtain and solve the cycling needs and problems. A good bicycle APP can effectively improve the convenience of bicycle groups. This study aimed at the preferences of different bicycle groups for the functions and interface vision of bicycle APP, established the bicycle APP architecture, and provided a new strategy for building bicycle APP system. The purpose of this study is to explore the preferences of different bicycle groups for bicycle APP functions, and to establish the application architecture of bicycle APP. 2. To explore the preference degree of different bicycle groups for bicycle APP interface vision; 3. Simulate the interface of bicycle APP according to the function and visual preference results. APP related to this study through 40 bicycles, seven function respectively summarized bike APP cycling, cycling diary records, route search, training, challenge, activities, information, health records and bicycle rental and 19 factors, and questionnaire survey, according to research results show that different bicycle groups contain professional rider, cyclist, leisure preferences for bike rider and commuter APP function has the difference. Among them, professional cyclists and cycling enthusiasts need the same functions, cycling record function is the most popular function, without the bicycle rental and activity information function; Leisure cyclists need the most functions, cycling record function is the most popular function, only does not need activity information function; Commuters need the least function, cycling diary is the most popular function, do not need cycling record, training challenge and activity information function. The visual preferences of the interfaces in this study included navigation patterns, interface layouts, and interface colors. The results showed that there was no difference between different bicycle groups in the vision of the bicycle APP interface. For the whole subjects, the tour mode was divided into persistent tour mode and temporary tour mode, and most subjects chose permanent tour mode. The layout of the interface is divided into text type, image type - icon and image type - simulative image. The colors can be divided into three major color systems: the warm color system and the cool color system. Most of the subjects chose the warm color system as the bicycle APP interface color.
