高中女籃選手自我揭露與團隊凝聚力之相關研究 -以 108 學年度高中籃球甲級聯賽選手為例

摘要


國內女籃發展頗受各界關注,選手自我揭露與團體凝聚力之表現更值得重視。本研究主要目的在探討高中女籃選手自我揭露與團體凝聚力之相關,以108學年度高中籃球甲級聯賽選手為研究對象,利用問卷調查法,採用描述統計、T檢定以及單因子變異數分析進行統計,經資料收集、分析與討論,結果發現: 一、選手之分佈,以高二、體育班、成績班上1/3中段、球齡4-6年、曾入選12人名單、練球時數3-4小時、教練指導時間1-2年、集體住宿、與隊友相處5小時以上、比賽成績5-8名以及台北市球隊最多。二、選手在表層自我揭露上,傾向表現積極樂觀,經常稱讚隊友,但怯於傾訴內心的感受。對任務凝聚力的認知較強,也慣於接受團隊或教練規定或交付之任務。三、普通班選手在自我揭露及團隊凝聚力表現較優;成績排名後1/3的選手在整體自我揭露及團隊凝聚力表現較優;在團隊凝聚力上,每天訓練5小時以上的選手較好;在「自我揭露」中,跟隨現任教練5年以上的選手表現較好;在表層自我揭露與整體自我揭露以及「任務凝聚力」獲得1-4名的球隊表現較好。四、表層自我揭露、深層自我揭露及整體自我揭露,均與團隊凝聚力中的社會凝聚力、任務凝聚力及整體團隊凝聚力具有顯著的相關,足見自我揭露確實是一種有效的溝通方式,而團隊凝聚力越強,合作力量相對越大,競爭力與績效自然也會跟著提昇。本研究所得結論與具體建議,對提昇我國女性籃球教學與訓練,應有所助益。

The development of high school girls' basketball attracted the attention of the public in Taiwan so that these players' self-disclosure and group cohesiveness were clearly worth considering. The main purpose of this study was to investigate the association between self-disclosure and group cohesiveness of female high school basketball players in Taiwan. Using questionnaire survey, this study recruited female players of High School Basketball League(HBL) in the academic year 2019 as subjects to examine the above issues. All data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA. According to the statistical methods, the findings of this study were as follows:   1. Players in large amount were in the sophomore year of high school, majored in sports, got moderate grades, played basketball for four to six years, were nominated as one of the twelve main players, lived in accommodation, spent more than five hours with teammates, won fifth to eighth place, and stayed in Taipei mostly.   2. As for shallow self-disclosure, female HBL players were inclined to be positive and optimistic. Also, they often complimented teammates. However, they were bashful to pour out their inner feelings. Additionally, players had better heads for task cohesion and were proficient in accepting tasks given by teammates or coaches.   3. Players who did not major in sports were better at self-disclosure and group cohesiveness. In addition, players whose grades were below average were better at overall self-disclosure and group cohesiveness. Furthermore, players trained for more than five hours every day were batter at group cohesiveness. Moreover, players trained by the same coaches for more than five years were better at self-disclosure. Besides, players of the teams which won first to fourth prize were better at shallow self-disclosure, overall self-disclosure and task cohesion.   4. Shallow self-disclosure, deep self-disclosure and overall self-disclosure were significantly correlated with social cohesion, task cohesion and overall group cohesiveness. Thus, it could be observed that self-disclosure was an effective approach of communication. In addition, if players were adept at group cohesiveness, they would enhance the competitiveness and improve the performance.   The conclusion and suggestion of this research were ought to be beneficial to education and training of female basketball players.
