觀光博奕業是服務業的一環,是我國近年來的熱門議題之一,也是我國尚待開發且具潛力的服務業。隨著國際經濟情勢的變遷,世界各國觀光旅遊業蓬勃興盛,當國外的觀光博奕業多元發展,及相關管理配套措施日益成熟後,許多國家相繼發展觀光博奕業以吸引觀光客。本研究依據行政院主計處所編製民國93年臺灣地區產業關聯表為基礎,探討臺灣本島發展觀光博奕業之經濟效益,並嘗試以南投縣日月潭為案例,利用李昂鐵夫投入產出模型,在國內、外遊客數與最終需求變動量及分別預估成長5%、10%後,其產出效果、所得效果與就業效果都具顯著性;顯示日月潭發展觀光博奕產業,確能帶動南投縣觀光休閒產業的發展與正面且顯著的經濟效益。
Tourism gaming is part of service industries, that has become one of hot topics for these years. In addition, the tourism gaming is considered as a potential developing service industry in Taiwan. Along with international economical changes and the tourism industry rising, many countries have developed tourism gaming to attract tourists base on gradually comprehensive management and a variety of services. This study was to analyze the economical benefits on developing tourism gaming in Taiwan according to the input –output table of 2004 which was edited by Directorate –Central of Budget, Accounting and Statistics, Executive Yuan. The Leontief input-output model was applied for Sun-Moon Lake of Nantou County where was an example for this case study. The number of both domestic and foreign tourists in ultimate changing in demand volume was expectably increased 5% and 10%, respectively. The results showed that the yield, incomes and employment had significantly effects, which indicated developing the tourism gaming industry would have a significant positive effect not only on tourism and leisure industries but also on economical benefits in Sun-Moon Lake Nantou County.
