隨著電腦與網路的進步,使得從90 年代迄今,人們生活型態逐漸發生改變,培育人才和自我學習也多了一種選擇:數位學習(E-Learning),數位學習是一種有別於傳統教室聽講的學習方法,學習內容是透過數位的網際網路和電子媒介來傳遞,也就是學習者可以利用電腦和網路在不受時間、地點限制的情況下有效率地學習各種知識與技能。而當數位學習的風潮吹向企業之後,針對數位學習為企業節省成本、增加效率以及競爭優勢的議題也漸漸受到重視。因此,本研究從文獻中選擇了16 篇有關企業實施數位學習的個案報導(case study)來瞭解:1.目前企業導入數位學習系統時遇到了哪些困難及挑戰?2.針對這些困難及挑戰,企業目前是如何解的? 經由瞭解以上兩項問題後,本研究找出影響企業導入數位學習系統績效的因素,經由這些因素建立本研究模型以及發展問卷。問卷經過預試,修改後發出給在台灣地區有實施數位學習系統的企業,共發出問卷40 份,回收30 份。利用SPSS 進行迴歸分析驗證模型後發現制度、文化兩項變數與E-Learning 系統績效有顯著影響,E-Learning 系統績效也會對企業目標的達成有顯著正面的影響。結論並強調企業實行數位學習系統需嚴格的制度推動,而且需要重視企業文化裡員工之間的互相影響。
The lifestyle of human has been changed dramatically by the advanced computer network since 1990s. E-learning, a new learning method, generally refers to the delivery of electronic course information via the Internet, appears as one of the choices for fostering knowledge building and self-learning. Learners can learn various knowledge and skills efficiently by utilizing computer and network with no restriction of time and place. Some issues of introducing E-learning system to enterprises, such as cost saving and how to meet the goals of organizations, have raised attentions. The authors summarized the selected 16 case studies related to the introduction of E-Learning system to enterprises from academic databases such as ACM, IEEE and ProQuest to explore the six factors to form a model that shows the factors’ relationships to affect the performance of E-Learning system. The model then was validated by a survey. The results suggested that institution and culture had positive and significant effects on the performance of E-learning system.
