電子元件裝置產品化過程之探討–以SmartGlove為例

摘要


虛擬實境領域所使用之感應手套裝置與其技術的研究,各國正如火如荼的展開,而感應手套裝置的需求主要是使其成為人與PC間的媒介。本研究目的在於整合工程設計流程與工業設計流程,建構輔助工程設計人員與工業設計人員間合作的設計流程,協助每階段作業。首先,本研究透過文獻提及的工程設計流程與工業設計流程,以制式流程符號加以簡化並演繹出工程設計流程與工業設計流程,再進行兩種流程的差異分析,發現流程主要步驟為:(1)問題解析;(2)概念設計;(3)具體化設計;(4)細部設計,而其中工程設計流程與工業設計流程之間相同之處為:(1)問題解析與(2)概念設計,相異之處為:具體化設計。工程設計流程的具體化設計是將第二步驟的概念轉換成實際可使用的裝置或是一種技術,工業設計流程之具體化設計,則是將概念實體化,使其成為產品前身,故工程設計流程之具體化設計為「可用化」,工業設計流程之具體化設計為「產品化」,故將兩領域流程整合為四個階段:(1)問題解析;(2)概念設計;(3)可用化設計與產品化設計(4)細部設計。為了瞭解工程設計流程與工業設計流程整合的可行性,本研究透過實作方式,探討流程每階段實施狀況與成效。最後,依電子元件裝置產品化與流程整合之成果,應用於手語辨識領域並透過手語辨識系統檢視成品效能,根據系統擷取手勢的時間多寡,提出設計需改善的建議,以增進產品完整性。此整合流程能使工程設計人員與工業設計人員間進行合作,提升電子元件裝置產品化的可能性。

The research on the technique of glove sensor device used in virtual reality is being spread globally based on the need to connect human with PC. The purpose of this study is to conform the process of engineer design and industrial design in order to construct the cooperation between the members of designs on each stage of work. First, both engineer design and industrial design processes are simplified by the symbols to demonstrate. Then, four main procedures are found through the analysis of the two processes: (1) problem analysis, (2) conceptual design, (3) concretion design, and (4) detail design. Among these four main procedures, problem analysis and conceptual design are the similarities which engineer and industrial processes shared. And the concretion design and detail design are which the two processes differed from each other. The concretion design of engineer design is to turn the concept of the second procedure into an actual device or technique, while industrial design commercialize the concept into the forerunner of a product. Therefore, the concretion design of enginner design process is to make a design applicable, and for industrial design is to make it into a product. When combining the four procedures mentioned previously, now it became four main procedures: (1) problem analysis, (2) conceptual design, (3) design applicable and make into a product, (4) detail design. To understand the capability of engineer and industrial design processes conformation, this study performed actual operation to investigate the condition and outcome of each stage. Finally, with the productionize of the electronic component device and the conformation of process result, this study may apply to the system for sign language identification to inspect the efficiency of the product. Design improvement may also be suggested according to the amount of time which the system captures the hand gesture for completeness of the product. The whole process conformation required the cooperation among the members of both engineer and industrial design, to bring up the possiblility for turning electronic component devices into real products.
