甲基丁香油含乃力松引誘劑安定性配方開發

The Development of New Formulation for a Stable Naled Containing Methyl Eugenol Attractant

中文摘要 本論文希望找出可提高甲基丁香油(Methyl eugenol)中乃力松(Naled)誘引劑的製劑安定性配方作研究,以符合國際農藥分析協會(Collaborative International Pesticide Analytical Council) (簡稱CIPAC) 熱儲穩定性(MT46.3 )之加速儲存程序之要求。儲存條件為54±2℃、2週,經熱處理後,有效成份不低於未處理前之95% (分解率<5%)。在實驗過程中,發現由於乃力松容易在甲基丁香油中被紫外光分解脫溴成二氯松 (Dichlorvos),二氯松繼續分解為其他無效成份。此外更發現,若乃力松配方中含有較高水份(高於 0.5%),則水分會加速乃力松分解。經熱儲穩定性試驗,54 ± 2℃ 14天,分解率為2.3%。如添加抗紫外光安定劑對羥苯甲酸甲酯(Methyl paraben) ,並使用褐色玻璃瓶阻隔紫外光干擾,結果證明抗紫外光安定劑可降低乃力松分解率,從16.3%降低到6.9%,提高乃力松在配方中之安定性。另外控制水份也是一個關鍵參數。使用脫水劑降低配方中水份含量,使水份含量從 0.36%下降至0.07%,並配合抗紫外光安定劑可使Naled分解率降低至3.85%,符合國際農藥分析協會 (CIPAC) 熱儲穩定性MT46.3 加速儲存程序之要求(儲存54±2℃、2週,分解率<5%)。這個實驗證明,紫外光安定劑(對羥苯甲酸甲酯)和脫水劑(TTY -1),可以有效穩定乃力松於甲基丁香油誘引劑之安定性。 關鍵詞: 乃力松、甲基丁香油、誘引劑、抗紫外光安定劑。

Abstract Organophosphorus insecticide naled is a fast-acting insecticide, it can be used with methyl eugenol, a highly attractive to fruit fly, during trapping and eradication programs .In this study, we discussed the parameters which would increase the storage stability of naled in methyl eugenol attractant formulation. The stability test was conducted base on Collaborative International Pesticide Analysis Council (CIPAC) MT46.3 procedure, the determined average active ingredient content must not be lower than 95% after storage at 54±2℃ for 14 days. The results suggested that naled in methyl eugenol could be photolyzed to dichlorvos after releasing two Br atom, and the dichlorvos could further be decomposed to other inactive components. We also found that if water content in naled was higher than 0.5%, would increase technical, the decomposition rate of naled technical. The naled technical will lose 2.3% of active ingredient would be degrade after storage at 54±2℃ for 14 days. UV radiation protectant, methyl paraben, and brown glass bottle could reduce the photolysis rate of naled from 16.3% to 6.9%. Water content was another key parameter for stability and reduce the water content from 0.36% to 0.07% in with dehydrating agent TTY-1 was important. When UV radiation protectant and dehydrating agent were added, the decomposition of naled in formulation was reduced to 3.85% (54℃,14day) which was complied with MT 46.3 method. The study showed that the UV radiation protectant, methyl paraben, and dehydrating agent TTY-1 could effectively increase the storage stability of naled in methyl eugenol formulation.
