Limited by time, transportation, space and funding, artists usually can only demonstrate their artpieces in traditional exhibitions in different places in the past. It was not an easy way to let broader people get to know them and their arts. Therefore, with the assistance of booming information technologies, creative mart allows artists to display their creations on websites all over the world. Different from album website, creative mart displays the creations which created by artists using computer, camera and many other different ways. However, because most of the artists don''t like to show their creations in the internet due to the facts that the arts might be pirated within an internet environment which does not have strong copyright protection and information security. This paper creates an experimental creative mart website with network security management based on BS7799/27001:2005 information security model. Otherwise, this research also uses Kano model to study the user’s needs of a creative mart. Hopefully, with the result of the study, the concept of creative mart can be practically applied to provide a broader virtual demonstration capability for artists.
