摘要


我們以天然樟腦(+)-camphor 作為起始物,合成一系列hydroxyamines 及hydroxyamides化合物作為掌性催化劑,應用於二乙基鋅不對稱加成苯甲醛的反應中,以獲得具有光學活性的二級醇。 以掌性催化劑應用在二乙基鋅加成至苯甲醛反應所得的光學活性二級醇,產率為9% 至85%,鏡像選擇性為0% 至65%。

We used natural (+)-camphor as a starting material to synthesize a series of hydroxyamines and hydroxyamides, which have been used as catalysts for an asymmetric reaction. The above chiral catalysts have been used in the diethylzinc addition to benzaldehyde reaction to form the optically active secondary alcohols.The yields of reactions ranged from 9% to 85% with enantioselectivities ranged from 0% to 65%.
