以Wittig反應進行一系列昆蟲性費洛蒙的合成研究

摘要


近年來,環保意識是很多的政府主要關注的話題。發展新的及安全的防制害蟲方法來取代農藥已研究多年。具有生物活性高、專一性、持久性長、無毒性、相容性大、小量化使用且易於掌控等優點的性費洛蒙,一直是個取代農藥最重要的議題,。性費洛蒙在未來將是非農藥農業的關鍵技術。 本研究提供一種新的且容易的合成方法,以製備全Z-form的單一不飽和雙鍵的性費洛蒙架構。本研究使其易於商業化生產,以提供台灣自主生產的性費洛蒙。

In recent years, the environmental consciousness is the major concern for lots of governments. Developing the new and safe pest control methods to replace the pesticides have been studies for many years. Sex pheromone, with high bioactive, species specificity, long potency, nontoxic, compatibility, with small amount and easy to handle, has been one of the most important issue to replace pesticides, Sex pheromones will be the key technology to the non-pesticides agriculture in the near future. This research reports a new and facile synthesize method to prepare a single and pure Z-form unsaturated double bond in the sex pheromones skeletons. This research also can be easily commercial produced and to afford the homemade pheromone in Taiwan.
