自行車座墊設計與流程探討

摘要


本研究是以自行車座墊為研究對象,探討目前市面上的自行車座墊優缺點,將文獻資料歸納整理後,發現現有的自行車座墊,為了保有柔軟度設計上多是利用發泡、矽膠或是氣囊的方式,但這樣的設計都有不通風無法散熱的問題點,且多種材質的黏合使得回收再利用效率不高,相當不環保;於是參考市面上其他近似產品相關的設計特色,擷取眾產品優點並彙整後設計有別於現有的自行車座墊,透過改變塑膠射出底殼的結構來調整座墊軟硬度的問題,不僅可解決通風散熱的問題點,也讓座墊重量更輕,座墊的製程更簡化,製造成本更便宜,也更符合環保議題。 研究過程中利用電腦輔助分析的方式,加以驗證新結構座墊的優勢,再與傳統平面式的座墊所分析出來的結果加以比較,也證明電腦輔助分析可以改善開發的流程,只要稍微修改調整電腦輔助分析的設定條件便可以當成開發過程的標準流程。

The major focus of this study is to investigate the merits and drawbacks of existing commercially available bicycle seats and evolve a new design. Through these documental analyses, it is found that bicycle seats are generally made by different material with different level of stiffness like foam, gel or air cushion to control the softness. However, these designs reveal some same problems, like heat venting, supporting function and some existing drawbacks. Also, bonding multi-material together decreases the recyclability of the product. Through compiling focus of bicycle seats, a new design is proposed in this study. Unlike the existing products, this new design propose a new way form the structure of plastic injection base to resolve the drawbacks of the existing product. It does not only resolve the ventilation problem, but also achieve weight-reduction and very good support function at the same time. Furthermore, manufacturability is also considered to reduce the product cost. CAE(Computer Aided Engineering)techniques are utilized during the design process to optimize the strengths of the new seat. Comparison with the traditional plane seats and analysis result are also provided. Compared with traditional design processes, the proposed process that adopts CAE process is proved to be crucial during the development process.
