本研究旨在探討苗栗縣國中體育教師及學生體育課風險管理認知與實施現況,並分析不同背景之教師與學生在體育課風險管理重要性認知與實施現況之差異,以及風險管理認知程度與風險管理實施現況相關性,以苗栗縣國中體育教師及學生為研究對象。 本研究結果發現如下: 一、苗栗縣國中體育課風險管理,不論是老師或學生在重要性認知及實施現況滿意度上,在各層面都有顯著差異,顯示體育課風險管理各層面都有極大改善空間。 二、苗栗縣國中體育課風險管理,老師及學生皆認為「人員」層面是重要性最高且做的最完善的;而在重要性高卻做的最不完善的,老師是認為「行政」層面,學生是認為「醫療」層面。學校單位可先由「行政」及「醫療」層面的風險管理優先做起,「行政」層面從「訂定學校體育風險管理計畫」及「學校應針對教師定期辦理運動安全相關研習」作為優先改善項目;「醫療」層面,從「學校與鄰近醫院建立緊急醫療網」優先做起。
The purpose of this study is to investigate risk management cognition and implementation of physical education teachers and students in junior high school of Miaoli County. Analysis the differences in importance cognition and implementation of the risk management between teachers and students with different backgrounds and the relationships between cognitive degree and implementation in risk management. The study subjects consisted of PE teachers and students in junior high school of Miaoli County. The results of this study are as follows: 1. On PE risk management in junior high school of Miaoli County, no matter importance cognition and implementation satisfaction of teachers or students have significant differences on every level. 2. On PE risk management in junior high school of Miaoli County, all teachers or students think“staff”level is the highest in importance cognition and done most perfectly while the highest in importance cognition but done least perfectly is thought“administration”level on teachers but“medical treatment” level on students. Therefore, the school unit can first carry out administration level and medical treatment level on risk management. In administration level,“Setting the plan for PE risk management of school”and“Holding the study about sports safety as a priority of improvement projects for teachers at school”are the first to start. In medical treatment level,“Establishing the web of emergency medical between schools and nearby hospitals”is a priority.
