在社會高度發展,生活繁忙的今日,民眾對於休閒規劃變得十分講究,使得休閒產業競爭激烈,故服務品質的優劣是產業競爭力的因素之一,本研究以薰衣草森林休閒產業之明德店做為取樣例子,並以六標準差的管理流程步驟-DMAIC做為建構本研究模式之基礎。 本研究利用休閒相關文獻及實地訪談設計問卷,並以明德店之消費者作為調查對象,其研究方法包含重要-表現程度分析與修正績效評估矩陣含管制界限、以三因子理論所衍生的「自然對數兩虛擬因子偏相關分析法」來取代原本較複雜的Kano二維品質。從重要-表現程度分析結果得知明德店有2項為優先改善題項;自然對數兩虛擬因子偏相關分析法結果發現有2項為效益改善題項;最後由修正績效評估矩陣含管制界限方法結果有7個題項需要改善。 綜合重要-表現程度分析、修正績效評估矩陣含管制界限 、自然對數兩虛擬因子偏相關分析法三種分析,本研究從問卷20個題項中歸納出9個題項列為需改善,並針對這9項提出改善策略給經營者作參考以擬定執行方案。最後經過半年重新發送問卷,利用X ̅品質管制圖驗證執行成效,結果有5項改善成功。
Highly developed society, rush of city life, people become very particular about planning for recreation, leisure industry makes competition, so the merits of quality of service is one of the factors of industrial competitiveness, the study of forest recreation industries Mingde lavender shop as examples of sampling, and management practices of six Sigma process step-DMAIC as the construction of the foundation of this research model. In this study, leisure-related literature and field interviews designed questionnaire and Mingde shop as a consumer survey, the research method contains important-performance analysis and performance evaluation matrix correction with control limits, three-factor theory derived "the natural logarithm of the virtual factor partial correlation analysis "to replace the more complex two-dimensional quality of the original Kano. From importance - performance analysis results that Mingde shop have two questions of priority improvements; the natural logarithm of the virtual factor partial correlation analysis found that there are two key questions to improve efficiency; final performance evaluation matrix correction with control limits there are seven questions of the results needs to be improved. Comprehensive importance - performance analysis, performance evaluation matrix correction with control limits, the natural logarithm of the virtual factor partial correlation analysis three analysis, the study concludes that twenty questions from the questionnaire items out of nine questions were classified as areas for improvement, and for this nine proposed improvement strategies to the operators as a reference to its intended implementation of the program. Finally, after six months of re-sent the questionnaire, the use of X̅-chart effectiveness of the implementation, the results have five to improve success.
