任意毛織襪機性能改善與生克片影響之探討

摘要


織襪機是屬於精密機械的一環,在生產機台種類中,任意毛機台生產速度遠比不上一般的平板毛機台生產速度,這會讓企業增加更多的時間成本,因此藉由改善任意毛機台選針時的效能,來提升每天機台製造襪子的生產效率。 本研究藉由整合電腦輔助設計(CAD)、電腦輔助工程分析(CAE)、逆向工程(RE),來探討任意毛巾跟平板毛巾的製程差異點及限制,並提出現有生克片的問題點,作為改善方向。研究結果發現任意毛機台的選針器和生克片(Sinker)是關鍵因素,本研究針對此部分進行改善,以提昇任意毛織襪機在提高製造效率及穩定性。

As a precision machine. Types of production machines, flat terry socks knitting machine production speed is faster than arbitrarily terry socks knitting machine. And more time will increase for company .Therefore, by improving the performance of arbitrarily terry socks knitting machine needle efficiency, to raise the production efficiency of manufactures socks.   This study Computer-Aided Design, Computer-Aided Electronic, Reverse Engineering to investigate manufacture points of difference and limit in the arbitrarily terry with flat terry and sinker, as direction of improvement. According to the study results, arbitrarily terry socks knitting machine and sinker is point. Hence, This study toward this part is improved to raise the manufacture efficiency of arbitrarily terry socks knitting machine to stability.
