隨著科技演進,行動網路的普及,近年來手機應用程式與通訊軟體的使用者快速增加,而衍生出了社群網絡、行動商務等各項領域研究。使用行動上網的過程中,主要是以通訊軟體、社交網路進行溝通,其使用行為已佔據現代人大部分的時間和生活習慣,嚴重則造成沉浸之現象。隨著使用人次的快數增長,及國人在使用各式APP的習慣中,也常花費大量時間於通訊軟體上,因此本研究將透過沉浸經驗與科技接受構面的觀點來進行研究,以了解人們沉浸於使用通訊軟體和感覺被資訊科技所控制之下,其所產生之行為意向之影響,以此能更瞭解其資訊科技之使用意向、行為及沉浸之關鍵因素,並加以探討其對青年使用者所產生之後續行為作為研究。 本研究針對青年族群使用LINE通訊軟體之使用者為樣本,共計發放400份問卷,回收400份,扣除無效問卷11份等之有效回收率達97.25%。透過有效樣本進行樣本結構分析、敘述性統計分析、信效度分析、因素分析及迴歸分析。結果發現: 1.科技接受對沉浸經驗有正向顯著影響。 2.科技接受對行為意向有正向顯著影響。 3.沉浸經驗對行為意向有正向顯著影響。 4.沉浸經驗對青年使用者行為有正向顯著影響。 5.科技接受對青年使用者行為有正向顯著影響。 6.行為意向對青年使用者行為有正向顯著影響。
In recent years, the users of mobile applications and Messaging software are increasing because of the development of high-tech and popularity of mobile internet. So more researches toward social networks and mobile-commerce have been carried on. The behavior of utilizing mobile internet, it mainly depends on Messaging software and social networks to communicate; which has been dominating most of modern lifetime, and causing serious immersion phenomenon. With the increasment of mobile using, a lot of Taiwanese apply varied mobile's APP and spent lots of time on it. Therefore, this study is going to investigate through the aspects of Flow Experience and Technology Acceptance Model. In order to understand the behavioral intention influenced by heavy indulgence in Messaging software, which has led to the hijacking of motion and feeling by information technology. Through the study, it will clarify the key elements of behavior and applying intention of information technology, and flow experiences. In addition, the consequential behavior in youth users will also be discussed. This research focuses on the youth group who are frequent LINE messaging software users as sample, a total of 400 questionnaires distributed and recalled. The effective returns-ratio is 97.25% with 11 invalid questionnaires were removed. This study applied structured analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, reliability and validity analysis, factor analysis and regression analysis to proceed valid samples. The results showed: 1.The Technology Acceptance has a significant positive impact on Flow Experience. 2.The Technology Acceptance has a significant positive impact on Behavioral Intention. 3.The Flow Experience has a significant positive impact on Behavioral Intention. 4.The Flow Experience has a significant positive impact on behavior of youth users. 5.The Technology Acceptance has a significant positive impact on behavior of youth users. 6.The Behavioral Intention has a significant positive impact on behavior of youth users.
