以「精實思考」建構營造商導入BIM協同合作之專案管理工具

摘要


萬丈高樓平地起,每一個建築工程都宛如一個複雜細膩的專案。隨著時代科技進步的演變,營造業也應持續精進相關工法及效能,無論軟硬體與設備均須有所變革。然工欲善其事、必先利其器,營造業又該如何有效e化?又每個建案工程從起草設計到施作、完工驗收至移交營運,人力、物力、時間的配當安排都是學問。該如何針對上列所述之營建個案生命週期管控規劃,「Building Information Modeling(hereafter: BIM)」將是可受期待與有效e化的重要途徑。 建築專案與土木工程常牽涉到複雜的專業分工、流程與資訊之溝通整合、以及協同作業管理。該如何能透過事前的工作協調與檢核,來消除衝突與錯誤、提昇工作效率,是營造業者首要關切之務。BIM可在不同階段的建築生命週期裡,藉由工程資訊的整合,使其透過程式系統自動予以管理,再經過這些數位資訊運算與處理所得到的各項資訊,有效地系統性同步交換、相互協調、進而歸納於一致。營建施工團隊將可透過上述資訊的串連與整合,作為奠定建構管理優勢之基礎。BIM的使用,有利於團隊早日整合案件的設計與施工,使其更能密切地合作。這有助於提升建築專案交付過程速度,使成本更低、更可靠,較不容易出現錯誤和危險。而如何導入BIM於專案管理及應用,將是本研究最初始的發想原點。因此,本研究整合豐田生產系統(Toyota Production System, TPS)之精實思考(lean thinking)理念之「A3-Process一頁報告」等專案管理方法與BIM之執行應用等相關文獻彙整歸納,並據此研擬針對台灣大型營造商導入BIM之專案管理工具,得以發揮「事權合一」之目標以及讓各方專業團隊順利協同作業,讓完工延遲與成本超支的問題,不再成為營造業者主要的營運風險。最後,以本文所研擬之專案管理工具,應用於營造業實務個案進行虛擬演練。

Implementing a Building Information Modeling (BIM) causes tremendous change for the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) Companies that needs to be well managed to acquire the expected advantages. Especially, utilizing BIM technology can help to coordinate a smoother and better planned construction process that saves time and money for construction (i.e., for the contractor of the project) and reduces the potential for errors and conflicts. However, considering the lack of initiative and training, fragmented nature of the AEC industry, varied market readiness across geographies, and industry's reluctance to change existing work practice have been regarded as some of the reasons which conducted the general rate of BIM adoption has been slow. Furthermore, the most projects of AEC firms are handled in multidisciplinary and multi-organizational teams, the lack of clarity on roles, responsibilities, and distribution of benefits in adopting the BIM is one of the important inhibiting factors. Therefore, this paper had adopted the concept of “A3 Problem-Solving Report” with lean thinking from Toyota Production System (TPS) to design the project management tool under the collaborative BIM decision framework for the AEC Company. Finally, the case of a Taiwan Listed AEC Company is provided to demonstrate our research result.
