探討生境面積因子應用於大學 校園環境綠化改善研究

摘要


隨著文明的發展以及土地的開發,人們對於生態環境共生共存的觀念也愈來越重視,綠色生態城市已經成為現在各大城市之主要發展方向以及目標。而都市之中的校園綠地空間具有較高之綠地密度與綠地總面積,具備形成動植物棲地的環境條件。校園綠化環境能使周圍的棲地或綠廊與校園連結,形成都市空間之生態串連系統,藉以達到完善的綠網結構,並形成都市中之生態跳島,可見校園綠地空間在現代的都市環境中扮演了重要的角色,以及機能。因此本研究以大學校園生態環境為主要研究對象,大學教育的體制和環境與國民教育相較之下,多有不同,因此較難單獨以某幾項綠建築評估指標來評定校園環境的綠化程度與生態狀況;大學校園所影響的範圍也較國民中小學為廣,期望藉由多方面之評估系統建立相互輔助檢視。本研究結果顯示生境面積因子系統可針對於不同大學校園環境作評估與目標的訂定,依照專家問卷結果顯示生境面積因子指數評值項目中封死的硬舖面,其生境面積因子指數為最低,相對評估項目越是透水及具有植栽綠化、有生物棲地的潛力時,此生境面積因子指數較高,因此評估指數與綠化、透水、生態程度成正比。校園基地環境可依此作為改善及開發之評估方法與目標,並選擇基地適宜之開發及規劃方向亦可達到提升環境綠美化及生態效益之方式。

With the development of civilization and land, People valued the concept of coexistence environment much than before. It has become the main direction and purpose of development in major cities to build a green ecological city. The green campus among the city's with higher density green area has formed environmental conditions of plants and animal habitats. Campus green environment enables to link habitat or pergola around campus, forming a tandem system of urban ecological space . According to that, campus green environment can achieve the perfect green network structure, and the formation of the city's Eco-Island Hopping. So it plays an important character in modern urban environments as well as functional. Therefore, the campus environment is considered as the main object in this research, but there are much differences between university education system and national duty education. So it is difficult to assess the extent of greening the campus environment and ecological conditions by a few green building assessment indicators. Range of campus is more affected by the national primary than secondary schools, and expect that is established mutual Auxiliary View by many of the evaluation system. The results of this study shows that habitat area factor for different systems can be assessed campus environment and objectives set. According to expert questionnaire showed habitat area factor index Appraisal Project. Sealed its hard pavement habitat area index was the lowest factor ,in contrast when there is more permeable, assessment project with tree planting and the potential for biological habitat, this habitat area factor index is higher. Therefore, assessment index and landscaping, permeable, is proportional to the degree of ecological. According to this, base campus environment can be assessed so as to improve and develop the methods and goals, and choosing the appropriate direction for the development and planning of the base can reach the green landscaping to enhance the environment and eco-effective manner.
