探討使用者對網路健康資訊之搜尋及採用

摘要


網際網路提供人們一個快速且方便的平台讓人們可以尋問、回答、閱讀、分享及搜尋資訊。隨著愈來愈多了開始注重養生及健康觀念,網路也成了一個非常熱門的平台讓大家可以搜尋相關的健康資訊並且不受時間及地點的限制。當人們搜尋並且閱讀了相關資訊之後,他們便會開始思考是否聽信此資訊。因此,本研究透過7個因素整合一個模型來了解使用者對於網路健康資訊的資訊搜尋及採用。我們分別從批批踢及奇摩知識家蒐集了329及576份的有效問卷,來測量我們的模型。結果分析發現知覺搜尋利益及知覺搜尋能力對於知覺搜尋動機是有顯著的。知覺搜尋動機、知覺資訊有用性及資訊品質對於傾向使用性是顯著的。本研究也可以依據這些結果提供建議給網頁設計者。

The Internet offers a quick and efficient way letting people ask, respond, read, share and search health information. As more and more people care about their health, the Internet has become a popular platform for people searching health information anytime and anywhere. After users search and read the information, they may consider using the information. Little research has formulated the cognitive process from users search the health information on the Internet to form the adoption the information. Thus, this study integrates a model by aggregating seven factors to understand user''s information search and adoption for health information on the Internet. In the survey, we collected valid 329 questionnaires on the BBs-PTT and 576 questionnaires on the Yahoo Knowledge+ to examine the proposed framework and tested the hypotheses. We found that Perceived Search Benefit, Perceived Search Ability were positively related to Perceived Search Motivation. And the Perceived Search Motivation, Perceived Information Usefulness and Information Quality were positively related to Intention to Use. We offer the suggestions for the web designers according to our results.
