In recent years, there are many studies to explore the work stress of the teachers of element school. But, the evaluation of workload with the physiological parameters for the administrative, specialized, and substitute teachers of element school has not been done yet. Author had been a specialized teacher, and my family also is an administrative teacher. Thus, author knows that these categorical teachers who have to do the administration, enhance self-specialization, and teach many different classes have the more complex work than the class teacher. In this study, we evaluated the workload of the administrative, specialized, and substitute teachers with the heart rate variability.
