本研究探討南投縣國小高年級學童閱讀休閒涉入、閱讀休閒效益及幸福感的現況,並探究其差異情形、相關性及預測力。以南投縣國小高年級學童為研究對象,採用比例分層隨機抽樣及問卷調查法蒐集資料,共發放問卷500份,回收431份,有效問卷回收率達86.2%。所得資料經描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、典型相關與多元逐步迴歸進行分析,研究結果發現南投縣國小高年級學童閱讀休閒涉入較傾向於「自我表現」,其次為「吸引力」及「生活型態中心性」;閱讀休閒效益較傾向於「教育效益」,其次為「社交效益」、「心理效益」及「生理效益」;幸福感較傾向於「身心健康」,其次為「人際和諧」、「生活滿意」及「自我肯定」。在閱讀休閒涉入及閱讀休閒效益方面,不同就讀學校位置、班級數、每週閱讀休閒時間、書籍、報紙、文章數量均達顯著差異;在幸福感方面,不同性別的「生活滿意」、「自我肯定」及「身心健康」,不同就讀學校班級數的「生活滿意」及「自我肯定」,以及不同就讀學校位置、每週閱讀休閒時間、書籍、報紙、文章數量均達顯著差異。閱讀休閒涉入與閱讀休閒效益有顯著正向相關。閱讀休閒涉入的「吸引力」、「生活型態中心性」、「自我表現」及閱讀休閒效益的「教育效益」、「社交效益」、「心理效益」對幸福感有顯著預測作用。
The purpose of this study was to explore the influence of reading leisure involvement on reading leisure benefits and the well-being of senior graders in Nantou elementary schools. Questionnaire-based survey and proportional stratified sampling were adopted in this study to collect data. 500 questionnaires were distributed with 431 valid returns. The effective return rate was 86.2%. Data analysis included descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, canonical correlation and multiple regression analysis. The results were as follows: the reading leisure involvement for senior graders in Nantou elementary schools were mainly about “self-expression”, followed by “attraction” and “centrality to lifestyle”. The most important reading leisure benefit was “educational benefits”, followed by “social benefits”, “psychological benefits”, and “physiological benefits”. The well-being was more prone to “psychosomatic health”, followed by “interpersonal harmony”, “life satisfaction”, and “self affirmation”. On the reading leisure involvement and benefits, the differences in school location, the amount of classes attended, time of leisure reading each week, the amount of books, newspapers and articles read each week reached significant level. On the well-being, the difference in gender reached significant level in the dimension of “life satisfaction”, “self affirmation”, and “psychosomatic health”, respectively, and the difference in the amount of classes attended reached significant level in the dimension of “life satisfaction” and “self affirmation”, respectively, and the differences in school location, time of leisure reading each week, the amount of books, newspapers, and articles read each week reached significant level. The reading leisure involvement was positively and significantly related to reading leisure benefits of senior graders in Nantou County. Attraction, centrality to lifestyle, and self-expression of the reading leisure involvement, and educational, social, and psychological benefits of reading leisure benefits could predict the well-being of senior graders attending Nantou elementary schools.
