本研究旨在探討南投縣國小高年級校外教學、休閒教育與休閒效益的現況及特徵情形,並進行量表問卷驗證,以試圖建構南投縣國小高年級校外教學對休閒教育與休閒效益影響之因果模式,及瞭解南投縣國小高年級校外教學對休閒教育與休閒效益的影響,與休閒教育所扮演的角色。為達成研究目的以問卷調查法透過比例分層隨機抽樣的方式,蒐集南投縣國小高年級學童相關資訊,研究工具包含校外教學、休閒教育及休閒效益等量表,共計發出問卷500份,回收之有效問卷為438份,有效問卷回收率為87.6%。透過LISREL統計軟體進行結構方程模式的統計驗證得知,模式整體適配度良好(χ2=136.49, df=48, χ2/df=2.84, GFI=0.95, SRMR=0.03, RMSEA=0.07, NNFI=0.98, CFI=0.98, PNFI=0.60, PGFI=0.50, CN=237.73),顯示本研究設定的模式是相當符合實證研究需求的模式。研究結果發現:南投縣國小高年級校外教學對休閒教育具有正向的影響,休閒教育對休閒效益具有正向的影響,校外教學會透過休閒教育對休閒效益造成影響,亦即休閒教育在整個因果模式中扮演著重要中介機制的角色。
This study explored the influence of field trips on leisure education and benefits of senior graders in Nantou elementary schools. Specifically, a causal model would be built up in this study through a questionnaire-based survey method. Proportional stratified sampling was used as the way to collect data. Research tools included field trips, leisure education, and leisure benefits scales. The total number of delivered questionnaires was 500, resulting 438 effective questionnaires, and the effective response rate was 87.6%. Using structural equation modeling through the LISREL computer program, the present study assessed the goodness of fit of the proposed model. The results were as follows: χ2=136.49, df=48, χ2/df=2.84, GFI=0.95, SRMR=0.03, RMSEA=0.07, NNFI=0.98, CFI=0.98, PNFI=0.60, PGFI=0.50, and CN=237.73. The results illustrated the usefulness of the proposed model and the hypotheses, field trips being beneficial for leisure education, and leisure education had positive influence on leisure benefits, could be thereby established. Leisure education served as an important intermediate variable in the causal model.
