日月潭水庫為一離槽水庫,本研究以日月潭水庫越域引水之淤泥為對象,現地取樣,以水庫淤泥量取代細骨材與標準細骨材拌合比例分成四組來進行比對分析,水灰比參數設定為0.5及1.0,製作成圓柱試體,進行7天及28天抗壓強度及延展性、耐磨性分析,判斷使用日月潭淤泥之可行性及運用時機。研究結果顯示:其28天抗壓強度仍分別可達標準混凝土之26.2%~76.0%(28.9kg/cm2~248.4kg/cm2),一般而言仍可應用於特殊混凝土材料,建議可使用於產業道路、農路之剛性路面舖設、自行車專用道、人行路面或廣場地坪鋪設等等應用。現地取材現地使用,減少清淤成本及促進淤泥資源的再利用,資源化日月潭水庫淤泥。
Sun Moon Lake Reservoir (SMLR) is an off-channel reservoir. Such object in this study is the silt of its trans-basin intake. The reservoir silt via in-situ sampling is to be substituted for the fine grain, in mixing proportion to the standard one and divided into 4 sets for the comparison analysis. The parameters of ratio of water to silt are supposed to be 0.5and 1.0, respectively; these testing cylinders are made of relevant samples. Moreover, the test sample analyses of compressive strength, malleability and abrasive resistance are to be carried out for 7 and 28 days, individually; the feasibility and usage opportunity of the SMLR silt are to be determined. The result in this study indicates that its compressive strength for 28 days is still to be up to 26.2%~76.0% of the standard concrete(i.e., 28.9kg/cm2~248.4kg/cm2), separately; generally speaking, it’s available for the special concrete stuff of engineering usage. Application is suggested to be used for the business roadway, rigid pavement for farm road, bike special trail, passenger and plaza pavement, and so on. In-situ use via site stuff is available for carrying out the reduction of dredging cost and the reuse of silt resource in order to upgrade the value of the SMLR silt.
